Hello friends of the Hive community.
It is so beautiful to enjoy our nature—the most beautiful thing on our planet. The air, the sun 🌄, the water 💧, the earth 🌎, and the animals form a very powerful combination—so powerful that this whole has healing qualities.
This union is fantastic and helps us greatly when we are depressed, in love 💘, frightened, or even anxious. It also provides us with vitamins, minerals, and many other benefits.
Contemplating sunrise and sunset is one of the beautiful experiences we humans enjoy. Each dawn is a gift, and witnessing it is a blessing.
Plants 🪴🌴🌾 give us everything we need to live. In combination with the earth, air, and sun, they help create and improve the lives of animals and humans.
Every day I look at the sky, I contemplate the sun ☀️, the stars ⭐, and give thanks 🙏🏾 to God for another day and for being surrounded by my dearest loved ones.
We must learn to meditate in nature and enjoy these very healthy moments.

Es tan hermoso disfrutar de nuestra naturaleza, lo más bello que hay en nuestro planeta. El aire, el sol🌄, el agua💧, la tierra🌎 y los animales forman una combinación muy potente, tanto es así que este conjunto posee cualidades curativas.
Esta unión es fantástica y nos ayuda mucho si estamos deprimidos, enamorados💘, asustados y hasta para la ansiedad, además nos aporta vitaminas, minerales y muchas otras propiedades.
Contemplar el amanecer y el ocaso es de las bellas experiencias que gozamos los seres humanos, cada amanecer es un regalo y contemplarlo es una bendición.
Las plantas 🪴🌴🌾nos dan todo lo necesario para vivir, en su combinación con la tierra, el aire y el sol nos ayudan a crear y mejorar la vida de los animales y los seres humanos.
Todos los días miro al cielo, contemplo el sol, las estrellas, doy gracias🙏🏾 a Dios por otro día más y por estar rodeada de mis seres más queridos.
Debemos aprender a meditar a en la naturaleza y a disfrutar de estos momentos tan saludables.
