Looking for a new manager after the corona sleeping beauty sleep
Whilst out and about a couple of weeks ago, a place that got my interest was this sleepy Winestube (wine bar) located in the wine area in the very south of Hessen bordering Baden Würtenburg.
A german winestube is like a wine bar or restaurant serving not usually just wine, but they usually have a focus on locally produced wines and some produce them still themselves. They are the wine version of the beer gardens but tend to be smaller affairs and some are not so family-focused like your average beer garden.
This one caught my eye because it looked really great and had a note written that it is looking for a new manager after the corona Dornröschen (sleeping beauty) sleep. Hopefully, by next summer it will be running again and serving customers.
