In April 2020, a buzz went around Pontefract as street murals started appearing around the town, dedicated to the NHS. Was it Banksy?
The mystery was soon solved as Rachel List was identified as the mystery artist and the story quickly gained traction around the national press and the tag #itwasntbanksy started trending!
The local civic society produced a list of all the sites on a map and I had every intention of taking pictures of them all but sadly didn't have the time.
