Just on Avenida 5 de Julio in Maracaibo is located in front of the main headquarters of Banco BNC this wonderful work of art that is called the Menina de Oro referring to oil which is the main source of our state of Zulia is also often known as the oil menina, this menina comes out of the artwork of the Spanish artist painted in his painting which is Diego Velasquez, were teenagers who were responsible for caring for the daughters of the kings.
But precisely the Menina Petrolera, that we can see is made and painted by the Venezuelan artist Antonio Assato, these menina has captured in its center an oil tower that goes precisely from the lower part of her body to her head, just in the same is where the oil comes out,

Justamente en la Avenida 5 de julio de Maracaibo se encuentra enfrente de la sede principal del Banco BNC esta maravillosa obra de arte que lleva por nombre la Menina de Oro haciendo referencia al petróleo que es la principal fuente de nuestro estado Zulia también suele ser conocida como la menina petrolera, esta menina sale de la obra de arte del artista español pintado en su cuadro el cual es Diego Velasquez, eran unas adolescentes que tenían como responsabilidad cuidar a las hijas de los reyes.
Pero justamente la Menina Petrolera, que podemos ver esta fabricada y pintada por el artista Venezolano Antonio Assato, estas menina tiene plasmada en su centro una torre petrolera que va justamente desde la parte inferior de su cuerpo hasta su cabeza, justamente en la misma es donde sale el petróleo,
