Heyo there! Got me a new hairstyle and went to my best friend's house last weekend. I haven't really gone out and enjoyed my youth for months now. This could probably be the reason why I'm losing my spark (hehe). Every now and then, I will enjoy and celebrate even the smallest of things and I have to keep reminding myself that I shouldn't have to feel bad about the decisions I will make. I've been disappointed and losing passion day by day but simply getting myself out there and just pursuing what I feel like doing (even for a minute), will really recharge my soul. Anyways, hope you guys would do the same. If you're feeling down or angry, be it for 5 minutes, 1 hour, or 1 day. Allow yourself to feel those emotions because it's your nature. But don't numb yourself. Believe me, I've been there. It's not a good place to stay. After a day or two (YES, JUST 2 days max.), get back to the beat. Find ways to feel alive again. Go out for a nice walk, exercise, eat at a new restaurant or hang out with a friend. Cheers! š„
