Yesterday, I shared with you our island hopping activities during our first day in Malapascua Island. Today, you might be a little, just a little, disappointed because we aren't going anywhere else. We're just going to walk in our bare feet while enjoying the sunset in Malapascua.
I don't often read blogs about a place I'm traveling to unless it's a long backpacking and I had to look for sample itineraries, and contacts for hostels, boatmen, or motorcycle drivers. Since Mapascua is just in Cebu, I thought I'd leave some room for Malapascua to fill in. The boatmen dropped us off near the port and we had to walk from the left side of the port to the right side where we hope to watch the sun set gloriously.
For someone who works inside an office and who leaves the office earliest by 6 PM, watching the sunset is as meaningful as getting one's paycheck! It's very rare to witness this. Plus, I'm not alone, I have the love of my life walking beside me and I could just kiss him whenever I want to because I can. We stayed there until the sun was nowhere to be seen. Oh, what a lovely and unforgettable moment. 🥰
How about you? Do you love watching the sunset, too?
