Hello Hivers Community wherever you are..
I was amazed by a super majestic and large mosque building located in the land of Agra, Uttar Pradesh - India, it looks very beautiful and luxurious with many domes. Then the mosque is full of history, namely "Sulaimaniyah" in Turkey which also has many really beautiful and luxurious domes.
But if you are willing to visit a mosque called "Masjid Agung Islamic Center" which is located in a small town called Lhokseumawe on the island of Sumatra, namely in the province of Aceh. Maybe through "google map" you will find a mosque building that was deliberately built with Middle Eastern architectural nuances. Of course! less big than the Taj Mahal in India and also less luxurious with the Sulaimaniyah Mosque in Turkey. But the building of pride for the people of Aceh in general has become a symbol of the strength of Islamic civilization there.
Why is the build of the Islamic Center Mosque considered important by the people of Aceh? because the building can restore "memory" of historical value for the younger generation in Aceh about the glory of Islam in Aceh in the past few centuries that the Samudera Pasai kingdom was a kingdom that brought the first Islamic religion in Indonesia.

We hope that this magnificent building is not to be proud of as a mere tourist attraction, but can continue to function for worship activities and a place for continuous Islamic education for the younger generation.
