Today the situation in Venezuela is a little more complex than just economic, and it is that education has been affected so much and at such a level that children today are not learning much in class. In fact, when I see the things they send the children and what they see in class, I realize that the educational level has fallen compared to the years when I went to school.
Hoy en día la situación en Venezuela es un poco más compleja que solo económica, y es que la educación se ha afectado tanto y tal nivel que los niños hoy en día no están aprendiendo mucho en clases. De hecho cuando veo las cosas que les mandan a los niños y lo que ven en clases me doy cuenta que el nivel educativo ha caído en comparación con los años en que yo iba a la escuela.
In addition to that, they are being taught things that have to do with socialism and communism, which I don't agree with, but hopefully that can change with a change of government. In fact, it is what we want the most, but in the meantime, we try to teach our children at home for their future preparation.
Además de eso, les están enseñando cosas que tienen que ver con socialismo y comunismo lo cual no estoy de acuerdo, pero esperemos que eso pueda cambiar con un cambio de gobierno. De hecho es lo que más deseamos, pero entre tanto, tratamos de enseñarles a nuestros hijos en casa para su preparación a futuro.

The youngest still does not have classes because the teachers at the school where he belongs are unemployed due to the low salary they receive, they are demanding a salary increase, we want to put our children in private schools but it is also a problem since the monthly payments they are really expensive.
El más pequeño aún no tiene clases porque los maestro en la escuela donde le corresponde están de paro debido al bajo salario que perciben, están exigiendo un aumento de salario, queremos poner a nuestro hijos en colegios privados pero también es un problema ya que las mensualidades están realmente costosas.
