Mabuhay!
A WARM GREETINGS in a Cold Weather to all hivers all around the world most especially here community! I hope everyone is doing great! It's great to be in this community to share another precious moments with my kids and with nature.
It was a cold yet very beautiful morning. Even though it was already 8:00 AM when we went outside, the air was still fresh and chilly. Together with my two children, we decided to enjoy the morning sun and take a short walk outside.
While we were walking, my three-year-old suddenly noticed a crab cactus hanging near my grandmother’s chicken fence. At that moment, I remembered that crab cactuses bloom beautifully. She quickly walked towards it, full of curiosity, and started to touch it gently. What amazed me the most was that she didn’t try to destroy it or pick the flowers. Instead, she carefully held them in her tiny hands and observed them with such innocence and respect. Seeing her like that made me smile, and I couldn’t help but take photos of her. The moment was so beautiful and meaningful that I wanted to share it here. It reminded me that life doesn’t have to be complicated to be happy. Sometimes, all we need are simple moments, a little sunshine, and the presence of people we love.
This experience made me realize that in life, it is very important to be grateful, whether our blessings are big or small. Simple things deserve to be appreciated, so we won’t always focus on what is missing or what feels complicated in life. The flower was simple, yet it was beautiful, just like how children see the world full of innocence with pure and grateful hearts.
This day was truly a happy one for me. My child once again reminded me to be thankful every day and to appreciate the beauty around me. Even though the weather was cold, the day felt warm and meaningful because of these priceless, little and precious moments.
That's all for today, thank you for taking time to read my simple blog! I really appreciate your time and support! See you on my next blog! Have a great day and please stay safe! Keep smiling!
