Goddess Durga Puja is the biggest Bengali puja. It is known as Universal puja festival.Durga Puja is the worship of Bengali pride. Bengalis celebrate this puja every year with great joy. People of all classes irrespective of religion caste share joy in this Durga Puja. I went to see the pooja with my sister on Navami. Bardhaman city is a historical city. Kolkata's Durga Puja is world famous. The biggest puja is held in Calcutta. Lakhs of people from far and wide gather to watch the puja throughout the night. After Calcutta, the big city of Bardhaman is worshiped in a big way. I could not go to Kolkata this year. So I went out to see the puja with my sister on the Navami day of Burdwan. Today I am sharing some pictures of myself visiting my puja.
