Tiene nombre que emana energía. La verdad, no conseguimos ni un solo grano sembrado en todo el camino, pero si evocaba es golpe que te despierta cada mañana.
No fuimos los únicos que decidimos subir; había mucha gente. Algunos bajaban cuando apenas empezábamos la marcha. Pero a pesar de la afluencia, nunca hubo ningún problema en hacer las fotografías.
Era un bosque de pinos hermoso, con un un sendero algo empinado. Había zonas frescas, y algunas en dónde el calor y la humedad hacían presencia. Pero a eso fuimos, estábamos preparados para el sol y el calor. Por fortuna, el clima estuvo de nuestra parte.
Hubo momentos en los que pensé que ya no lo lograría, un par de veces pensé en desistir y no seguir, pensé que me devolvería. Pero lo hice, seguí, llegué al final y el premio fue una vista que quita el aliento. Toda Naguanagua y toda Valencia. Ya quisiera ver esa vista al amanecer, para poder apreciar el Lago de Valencia que poco se nota al fondo.
Fue una experiencia maravillosa, pero yo no podría haber culminado sin el gran equipo que sin duda terminó fortalecido. Gracias a todos por formar parte de esto, por las palabras de aliento para continuar y los felicito por no decaer cuando faltaba poco. ❤️
It has a name that emanates energy. Truth be told, we didn't get a single seed sown the whole way up, but it did evoke a wake-up call every morning.
We were not the only ones who decided to go up; there were many people. Some were coming down just as we were starting our march. But despite the crowds, there was never any problem taking pictures.
It was a beautiful pine forest, with a somewhat steep trail. There were cool areas, and some where the heat and humidity were present. But that's where we went, we were prepared for the sun and the heat. Fortunately, the weather was on our side.
There were times when I thought I would not make it, a couple of times I thought I would give up and not continue, I thought I would turn back. But I did it, I kept going, I reached the end and the prize was a breathtaking view. All of Naguanagua and all of Valencia. I would like to see that view at dawn, to be able to appreciate the Lake of Valencia, which is hardly noticeable in the background.
It was a wonderful experience, but I could not have finished without the great team that undoubtedly ended up stronger. Thank you all for being part of this, for the words of encouragement to continue and I congratulate you for not giving up when there was little left. ❤️
