In a remote Vermont town, hidden among dense forests and snow-capped mountains, lies a solitary cabin known as "The Wolf's Lodge." Legend has it that decades ago, a hermit lived in the cabin, away from the outside world and dedicated to studying the dark arts of black magic.
It was said that the hermit had made a pact with an evil spirit that lived in the nearby forests, exchanging his soul for supernatural powers. However, his thirst for knowledge led him to commit increasingly heinous acts, summoning infernal creatures and spreading terror among the locals.
One night, a fierce storm hit the region, and the villagers, fed up with the hermit's reign of terror, decided to confront him. Armed with torches and bravery, they surrounded the cabin, determined to put an end to his evil reign. However, when they broke into the Wolf's Shelter, they found only darkness and silence. The hermit and the horrors of him had disappeared, leaving only the echo of his curses in the frozen air.
Since then, the Wolf Haven is said to be cursed, and those who venture too close may hear the lone howl of a wolf in the night, reminding them of the presence of evil that still lurks in the shadows of the Vermont woods.
