“Live the Pareto Principle lifestyle:
Relationships. Who are the few people that have the most positive impact on my life? Spend more time with them.
Priorities. What are the few actions that have the most positive impact on my day? Prioritize them.
Learning. What are the few information sources I learn the most from? Focus on them.
Stress. What are the few sources that cause most of the stress and friction in my life? Eliminate them.”

Returning once again with James Clear. The man is on fire!
His newsletter is usually good but the last few ones were outstanding! A lot of relatable stuff packed in a short message. Highly recommended.
If you are not familiar with the Pareto Principle, it's a rule of thumb that states that 80% of consequences come from 20% of the causes.
In this context, the idea is identifying the few things in your life that generate the most results rather than spreading your focus too thin.
We often find ourselves busy with so many things to do in our lives so it's always smart to take a step back and try to identify those that are actually helping us move forward and try to eliminate everything else, if possible.
