Photo shoot on the shore of the lake and dam in Hateg, Romania
On my way to visit a beautiful place in Romania, I passed by a very imposing dam in Hateg, Hunedoara county.
Initially we walked past it and thought it was nothing special, but when we saw what the lake looked like formed and the whole picture and the contrast with the sky which was a stunning colour, we immediately made the decision to turn back from the road and take some photos.
I'm really not sorry that I came back, in Romania there is an old saying that says that it is not good to turn back from the road, if you do the job you will not go well all day, I took this risk because I could not miss such a view.
The dam in Hateg is not a very spectacular one, it was built during the communist regime in Romania somewhere around 1970-1980 with many human sacrifices, just like other more spectacular artificial dams in Romania, I made a post some time ago, the dam is called Vidraru Dam, it is really spectacular.
