This post is my ongoing daily participation in

Today for my daily Index4Index post, I'm giving you a four-for-one deal - four quotes around the same theme, comfort zones and fears. Two or the quotes are by Jack Canfield, and the other two are by Robert Allen and Stan Dale.
The superlative importance of intentionally facing our fears and operating outside of our comfort zones regularly cannot be overstated. Without it there no growth or novelty, but rather stagnation and monotonous habitual patterns.
There is a sweet spot with this practice. The idea is not to scare the bejeezuz out of ourselves, where we want to run to hide under a rock with our tails between our legs, but rather to stay just outside of our comfort zone, where we can say, "Yes, I'm uncomfortable, but I'm OK." That is a very potent place with which to play. Play, incidentally is a also a very powerdul tool to not only face out fears and go outside of our comfort zones, but it's also critical to learning and mastery.
Thank you all for joining me for another round of the #Index4Index Initiative and Challenge! **We are all in this together, and we rise by lifting others - together we thrive! Onward and upward, together! (I like 's way of saying it a lot too, "Onward and forward, together!) 🙏💚⚡💥🔥👣
