Today I want to share with you a few photos about my work. As I mentioned before, I work as a civil engineer and I have been working in the construction site for about five years. We try to implement different projects every year.
The photos you see are photos of the construction of a junkyard facility. This facility, which we have built on an area of approximately 3000 m2, is a medium level scrap facility. We had to build it through a series of stages, as the terrain on which it was built was a bit rough.
When we first set foot on the field, we decided that the area was almost close to a swamp and we had to drain the water there. For this, we have placed drainflex and corrugated pipes all over the field with a study we call environmental drainage. In this way, we have transported the underground water and rain water coming to the area to the nearest manholes. In addition, we have prevented any danger of collapse inside.
We used tons of large and small aggregates to rehabilitate the swamp thoroughly. As a result of their compaction with the help of a vibrator, the area was rehabilitated. We put asphalt on the last layer and made it ready for use. Of course, even these seemingly simple processes took weeks. I should just point out that the compression process is two weeks. Bugün sizlerle işimle ilgili birkaç fotoğraf paylaşmak istiyorum. Daha önce de belirttiğim gibi ben inşaat mühendisi olarak çalışmaktayım ve yaklaşık beş yıldır da şantiye ortamında görev alıyorum. Her yıl farklı projeleri hayata geçirmeye çalışıyoruz.
Gördüğünüz fotoğraflar da bir hurdalık tesisinin inşaatına ait fotoğraflar. Yaklaşık 3000 m2 alana inşa ettiğimiz bu tesis orta düzeyde bir hurda tesisi. İnşa edildiği arazi biraz sıkıntılı olduğu için bir dizi aşamadan geçerek inşa etmek zorunda kaldık.
Sahaya ilk ayak attığımızda alanın neredeyse bataklığa yakın bir halde olduğuna ve buradaki suyu tahliye etmemiz gerektiğine karar verdik. Bunun için çevresel drenaj diye adlandırdığımız bir çalışmayla sahanın her tarafına drenfleks ve koruge tip borular yerleştirdik. Bu sayede alana gelen yer altı suyunu ve yağmur sularını en yakın rögarlara taşımış olduk. Ayrıca içerdeki herhangi bir çökme tehlikesinin de önüne geçtik.
Bataklığı iyice ıslah edebilmek için de tonlarca iri ve ufak agregalar kullandık. Bunların vibratör yardımıyla sıkıştırılması sonucunda alan ıslah edilmiş oldu. En son katmana da asfalt atarak kullanıma hazır hale getirdik. Tabi bu basit gibi görünen birkaç işlem bile haftalar aldı. Sadece sıkıştırma işleminin iki hafta olduğunu belirtmeliyim.
