Well Hive account@hivewatchers already replied (on the other post) that downvoting should stop now. That should take care of the Hive account@adm downvote, I guess. However, it appears that Hive account@buildawhale runs his own downvoting scheme.

It can be a Kafkian thing really, there's no central authority here you can contact reliably, you can just tag the downvoters and hope that they will take notice and act appropriately. Moreover, the downvotes are casted automatically, so most of the times the purported 'curators' don't even see your content, they just edit their downvoting blacklist from time to time.
