Yesterday we came to the shopping mall in Lucheng District, Wenzhou, which opened at the end of November last year and has a total construction area of 250,000 square meters.
The speed of change in the city is really fast. Lucheng District has changed a lot from what I thought. The old alleys have changed, the government is cleaning up infrastructure, demolishing houses, and the whole district has changed except for my favorite Wuma Street.
Most of the shopping malls are affected by the epidemic with little traffic except for a small number of investments, and most of them are run at a loss because the rent is too expensive.
