🌺 For me, if I feel like I need a break or need to relax. It's not difficult to bring myself to find a cup of my favorite drink that makes me enjoyed. This is an easy thing to do for me, and it's great to hang out with my close friend for fun to talk on the weekend. So life should be able to be enjoyed with simple thing, with thing that are close to you in the present moment.
