Hello, Hivers! How are you all?
How was your Sunday?
Since I have to work until Saturday, I had to plan wisely on how to spend my Sunday so I could maximize my productivity and be with my family.
That Saturday night, my husband and I decided that we would pay a visit to our cassava farm in labor's camp to do some cleaning on our crops.
But on Sunday morning, my mother asked me and my husband to help her collect cassava stalks from her friend's farm so she could use them to plant in hers.
So much for our plan; we had to cancel our original plan and help my mother because that is what we prioritize.
It was already past 2 pm when I and my husband arrived on the farm; we immediately helped my mother collect the stalks and we got 7 sacks of chopped cassava stalks. Luckily y mother's friend gave it to her for free!
On the way, my husband and I bought cookies; my husband asked me to buy juice too and I was shocked when he borrowed a pitcher from the sales lady! But it turned out that they were an old friend of his and were very close.
After we are done sacking the stalks, we had some snacks and we had a great time.
My plans were never realized but what happened made my Sunday Wonderful Sublime and productive too!
I always look forward to spending quality time with my family since I am not around at home most of the time.
I am glad I snapped random pictures of that wonderful moment for remembrance.
