[ ESP-ING] Visit Fashion Depot

Se viene el día de las madres y la mayoría de las tiendas tienen muchas ofertas para los regalos de mamá, así que nos fuimos a visitar una tienda que tenía ofertas por solo cuatro dias y no solo para mamá sino también para hombres así que mi hijo iba con expectativas para comprarse algo que le sirviera para estrenar en su tesis, así que nos fuimosbtodos a ver que enviamos para él más que todo.

Llegamos a la tienda Fashion Depot, que esta al lado de Makro y redvital, está tienda yo no la había visitado que aunque queda cerca nunca me ha llamado la atención, la he visto por fuera y he visto ropa de calidad pero no había ido a comprar nada allí, la mayoría de las veces prefiero ir a otro lugar más hacia el centro de Maracay ya que este esta mas retirado.

Llegamos y lo primero que vi fue las carteras hermosas y estaban en 40% de descuento en toda la tienda, y me parece que estaban a buen precio desde los 15$ en adelante y la más costosa estaba en 40$, todas estas menos el 40% de descuento quedan a muy buen precio, lo que no me gustaron fueron algunos colores.

Pasamos al área de los Caballeros y aquí vimos algunas camisas manga larga de cuadros, estaban muy bonitas pero no eran del estilo de mi hijo, unas camisas de Jean, unos suéter, pero para esta tierra es muy calurosa, se usa mucho este tipo de camisas en invierno, la tela era gruesa y caliente, así que por eso no la compramos, se nota que estas son colecciones que pasaron de moda en otro país y las trajeron para acá para venderlas, sin embargo, no es para clima caliente.

En la ropa de mujer también había algunas prendas calientes, pero también habían ropas más holgadas, más deportivas, pero no hubo nada que me gustara realmente, ni a mí ni a mi hija, pero si habían cosas económicas de $3, 2$ y algo habían cosas que valían la pena comprar, otras más costosas, de aquí me gustaron algunos suéter pero con este calor no creo usarlos.

Mother’s Day is coming up, and most stores have lots of deals on gifts for Mom, so we went to check out a store that was having a sale for just four days—not just for Mom, but for men too. My son was looking forward to buying something he could wear for the first time at his thesis defense, so we all went to see what we could get for him, mostly.

We arrived at the Fashion Depot store, which is next to Makro and Redvital. I hadn’t visited this store before; even though it’s close by, it had never caught my attention. I’d seen it from the outside and noticed the quality clothing, but I hadn’t gone in to buy anything there. Most of the time, I prefer to go somewhere else closer to downtown Maracay since this one is a bit further out.

We arrived, and the first thing I saw were the beautiful handbags—they were 40% off storewide. I thought they were reasonably priced, starting at $15 and up, with the most expensive one at $40. Even without the 40% discount, they were still a great deal; the only thing I didn’t like were some of the colors.

We moved on to the men’s section, where we saw some long-sleeved plaid shirts—they were very nice but not my son’s style—some denim shirts, and some sweaters. But since it’s very hot here, people wear this type of shirt mostly in winter; the fabric was thick and warm, so that’s why we didn’t buy them. You can tell these are collections that went out of style in another country and were brought here to sell, but they’re not meant for hot weather.

In the women’s section, there were also some warm items, but there were also looser, more casual pieces. However, there wasn’t anything that I really liked—neither for me nor my daughter. There were some inexpensive items for $3 or $2, and a few things that were worth buying, while others were more expensive. I liked some of the sweaters here, but with this heat, I don’t think I’ll wear them.
