Llegué a esta comunidad en el año 89, era un niño que no entendía muy bien cuáles eran los motivos para salir de nuestra antigua casa. Lo cierto es que fue algo que indudablemente marco mi vida y la de toda mi familia.
Antes de nuestra primera visita lo que llamó nuestra atención fue su nombre, "Bella Vista", algunos la llaman urbanización, sin embargo, para la mayoría la expresión que más representa a este lugar es llamarlo barrio, el barrio "Bella Vista".
Esa visita fue bastante emocionante, nuestra llegada fue recibida con la vista de unas montañas verdes en el horizonte que son la demarcación del tránsito del río turbio. Es posible apreciar las urbanización que se ubican en la cima de estas cerranias que albergan varios poblados y que conforman el lado sur de la ciudad de Barquisimeto.
En mi opinión, los fundadores del barrio fueron más que atinados con el nombre que le colocaron a esta comunidad que nos recibió y fue parte esencial para el crecimiento, familiar, personal y comunitario de todos los que tenemos el privilegio de vivir aquí.

I arrived in this community in 89, I was a child who did not understand very well what were the reasons for leaving our old home. The truth is that it was something that undoubtedly marked my life and that of my whole family.
Before our first visit what caught our attention was its name, "Bella Vista", some call it urbanization, however, for most people the expression that best represents this place is to call it a neighborhood, the "Bella Vista" neighborhood.
That visit was quite exciting, our arrival was greeted with the sight of green mountains on the horizon that are the demarcation of the transit of the turbio river. It is possible to appreciate the urbanizations that are located at the top of these hills that are home to several villages and that make up the south side of the city of Barquisimeto.
In my opinion, the founders of the neighborhood were more than right with the name they gave to this community that received us and was an essential part of the family, personal and community growth of all of us who have the privilege of living here.
