Sometimes I wonder why some ladies try to prove to society that they are equal to men or should be treated as one with equal rights too.
I mean it's absurd and there is no point trying to prove anything.
A woman is a very special and unique creature.
The strength and power a woman wills are not equivalent to any.
Women were specially created with qualities and strengths only found in them.
And sometimes I do ask myself if given a chance to choose a gender in my next life if I would still choose to be a woman.
Regardless of the strength of a woman, the pain they go through is just out of this world, in childbearing, the pain of the menstrual cycle, etc.
A woman is said to be a home builder and indeed she is.
In any family, where the mother is not available, most times the children suffer a great deal.
Being a woman is not easy
So if you are a woman, a lady, or a girl, today I celebrate you.
I am not just celebrating you for the fact that you bear the name or sex.
I am celebrating you because I understand to some extent what womanhood entails.
I celebrate your strength
You are strong!
You are a nation/home builder!
You are one of a kind
You are God's perfect creation
You are bold, courageous
You are smart
You are goal-oriented
You are a pacesetter
You are beautiful
And you are wise
You are a woman and you are a rare gem.
Never forget who you are, not even for a second.
