¡Mi Celebración de Cumpleaños! - My Birthday Clebration!

Hola, mis pequeños, el día de hoy les comparto como me fue en mi cumpleaños. ¡33 años! Cuando tenía 16 hice una carta de como me veía a los 30 años y aunque no conservo ese escrito, estoy segura de que he superado mis expectativas.

Antes de empezar, agradezco enormidad todos y cada uno de los que se tomaron el tiempo para felicitarme y llenar mis días de amor y mucha felicidad, son lo máximo 😊❤

Hello, my little ones, today I'm sharing with you how my birthday went. 33 years old! When I was 16, I made a letter of how I saw myself at 30, and although I don't have that writing, I'm sure I've exceeded my expectations.

Ahora si, este festejo empezó el sábado 17 cuando nos decidimos a probar una nueva receta Keto. Una pizza con base de pollo (en otro post les comparto la receta si gustan, quedo buena) mi suegra linda y yo la hicimos con mucho amor y dedicación. Es un platillo que lleva ingredientes más costosos así que la comemos poco, por lo tanto fue parte del festejo.

El día domingo 18 fue el mero festejo y la pasamos entre familia y amigos.

Comimos mariscos que me hacían ilusión desde hace 3 años, imagínense cuanta ilusión me hacían que ni foto tome de él hambre, antojo y emoción que tenía. Espero comer pronto ese platillo nuevamente.

This celebration started on Saturday the 17th when we decided to try a new Keto recipe. A pizza with chicken base (in another post, I will share the recipe if you like, it was good). My sweet mother-in-law and I made it with a lot of love and dedication. It is a dish that has more pricey ingredients, so we don't eat it much, so it was part of the celebration.

Sunday the 18th was the real celebration, and we spent it with family and friends.

We ate seafood that I had been looking forward to for 3 years. Imagine how much I was looking forward to it that I didn't even take a picture of the hunger, craving, and excitement I had. I hope to eat that dish again soon.

Eddie mi amor me compro un pastel delicioso y Ginnie (su tía) completó el postre con helado de vainilla. Por cierto, nada de esto fue Keto... pero que delicia.

Eddie, my love, bought me a delicious cake, and Ginnie (his aunt) completed the dessert with vanilla ice cream. By the way, none of this was Keto...but what a treat.

El día de hoy que es mi mero santo (cumpleaños), Eddie me despertó con besitos y felicitaciones. Desayunamos pastel con café y por la tarde vinieron mis suegros lindos a degustar más pastel con helado y su respectivo cafecito. Nota: aún queda pastel para mañana.

Estoy muy feliz por pasar este cumpleaños en familia, rodeada de amor y energía superbonita. Mi vida es perfecta, siento que tengo todo lo que quiero y necesito. Claro que tengo metas y proyectos en curso, pero en este momento me siento sumamente feliz y motivada porque lo más importante y esencial está presente en mi vida.

Les deseo un excelente día y que disfruten todo lo que tienen cada cosa que tienen con ustedes. Les mando besos, abrazos y mucha, peto mucha energía bonita y positiva.

Today being my saint's day (birthday), Eddie woke me up with kisses and congratulations. We had cake and coffee for breakfast, and in the afternoon, my cute in-laws came over for more cake with ice cream and coffee. **Note: there is still cake left for tomorrow.

I am delighted to spend this birthday with my family, surrounded by love and super nice energy. My life is perfect. I feel I have everything I want and need. Of course, I have ongoing goals and projects, but at this moment, I feel pleased and motivated because what is most important and essential is present in my life.
