, hoy nuevamente voy a participar en la iniciativa de esta semana, cuyo tema se refiere a La Atención, para expresar mi experiencia y también conocer las de otros usuarios dentro de Hive.

Cabe destacar que la atención tiene que ver mucho con la parte cognitiva de nuestro cerebro, en la cual nos concentramos en algo que estamos haciendo sin ningún tipo de distracción que evita que no estemos pendientes de lo que estamos realizando. Un ejemplo de atención, cuando estamos estudiando y existen en el aula otros estudiantes que están hablando, por supuesto que hay un elemento que es distractor y no permite totalmente la atención del aprendizaje que estamos recibiendo por parte del profesor.
It should be noted that attention has a lot to do with the cognitive part of our brain, in which we concentrate on something we are doing without any distractions that prevent us from paying attention to what we are doing. An example of attention is when we are studying and there are other students talking in the classroom. Of course, this is a distraction and prevents us from paying full attention to what the teacher is teaching us.
Asimismo cuando realizó mis caminatas, debo prestar mucho atención en el recorrido que estoy realizando porque si no me puedo caer y desviarme por otro camino que no es el correcto. La atención forma parte de nuestra mente cuando estamos enfocados en valorar la naturaleza, apreciar los árboles, las flores, el verdor de los árboles y disfrutar de todas las cosas que nos rodea.
Likewise, when I go for walks, I have to pay close attention to the route I am taking because otherwise I could fall and stray onto another path that is not the right one. Attention is part of our mind when we are focused on appreciating nature, appreciating the trees, the flowers, the greenery of the trees and enjoying all the things that surround us.
Por otro lado a nivel laboral, debemos prestar atención a los estudiantes que están en el aula, en mi caso los atiendo en el aula de computación, donde les brindo mi apoyo a nivel tecnológico y también para fortalecer el aprendizaje con las dudas y aclarar el contenido que este presentando para reforzar ese conocimiento y buscar obtener un aprendizaje significativo.
On the other hand, at work, we must pay attention to the students who are in the classroom. In my case, I assist them in the computer lab, where I provide them with technological support and also help them strengthen their learning by answering their questions and clarifying the content I am presenting to reinforce that knowledge and seek to achieve meaningful learning.
Para finalizar la atención, está presente en diferentes ámbitos de nuestra vida, por lo cual debemos evitar tener elementos que nos desvíen de la atención, para lograr y disfrutar lo que estamos haciendo.
Finally, attention is present in different areas of our lives, so we must avoid having elements that distract us from our attention in order to achieve and enjoy what we are doing.
