Esta es mi participación vez en este encuentro de @talentos invita a escribir sobre "Hablemos de retos", con un tema que tiene mucha tela que contar, si escribí contar, porque cada quien corta esa tela en su mejor manera de contar lo que piensa de sobre "Hablemos de retos".

Wow hablemos de retos

Como siempre mi amiga Angélica nos plantea retos todos los martes y yo los voy a aceptar las veces que pueda y en la medida de mis posibilidades y como puedo hacerlo acepto el reto.

Para hablar de reto voy a hablar de 365 días o 366 días según sea el caso, digo esos números porque para mi los retos de mi vida suelen ser a diario, un reto de vida es poder despertar todos los días y poder agradecer por ese reto, otro reto es poder lograr lo que quieres en ese día y que fue una propuesta que me plantee ya sea el día anterior o que simplemente ya lo tenía planeado.

Para mí, los retos se me presentan a diario desde cualquier punto de vista. Como venezolano de esos que ya estamos en los medio cupón, he aprendido a ver cada día como un desafío lleno de oportunidades y obstáculos por superar. En nuestro hermoso país, enfrentamos retos únicos, desde la situación económica hasta las dificultades para acceder a servicios básicos, como bien cada uno de ustedes que viven en Venezuela lo padecen, pero siempre encontramos la manera de salir adelante.

Uno de mis mayores retos diarios es mantener una actitud positiva, a pesar de las adversidades. Es fácil dejarse llevar por la negatividad, esa negatividad que nos puede invadir el pensamiento, sobre todo por los problemas externos a uno, pero he aprendido que ser agradecido y valorar lo que tenemos nos da la fuerza para seguir adelante. Agradezco cada día por el techo que nos cobija, por tener una familia unida y por las pequeñas alegrías que encontramos en la vida cotidiana, aunque ustedes no lo crean, esas pequeñas alegrías también son un reto ganado a la negatividad.

En mí, día a día, también me enfrento al reto de ser un buen padre y esposo. Quiero ser un ejemplo para mis hijas y enseñarles a enfrentar sus propios retos con valentía y determinación. Cada día es una oportunidad para demostrarles que, aunque las cosas no siempre sean fáciles, con esfuerzo y dedicación podemos alcanzar nuestras metas y ahora más que nunca porque mi hija mayor está en la universidad y enseñarle a vencer cada día el reto universitario es uno de mis retos también, pero no malinterpreten, no es que le voy a solucionar, no señor solo le mostraré y le enseñaré lo bueno y lo malo que puede pasar en la universidad, a ella le toca enfrentar esos retos.

Además, me gusta plantearme pequeños retos personales, como aprender algo nuevo, mejorar en mi trabajo o dedicar tiempo a alguna actividad que me apasione. Estos pequeños retos me mantienen motivado y me ayudan a crecer como persona, siempre tendrás en tu vida pequeños retos, solo te tienes que dar cuenta de esos pequeños retos.

Sin embargo, no todo se trata de retos individuales. También es importante enfrentar los desafíos en comunidad. En Venezuela, hemos aprendido a apoyarnos mutuamente y a trabajar juntos para superar las dificultades. La solidaridad y el compañerismo son fundamentales para enfrentar los retos diarios aquí mismo en Hive cuantos venezolanos nos estamos apoyando para muestra un botón esta comunidad.

Al aceptar los retos que nos plantea la vida, aprendemos a ser más fuertes, más resilientes se acuerdan de esa palabra, pero como siempre Lanz me hace sentir más agradecidos. Cada día es una nueva oportunidad para crecer y mejorar. Y aunque los retos pueden ser difíciles, también nos ofrecen la oportunidad de descubrir nuestras verdaderas capacidades y de valorar las cosas que realmente importan.

Así que, hablemos de retos y enfrentémoslos con valentía y gratitud. Cada día es un nuevo comienzo y una oportunidad para ser mejores personas. Aceptemos los retos que nos presenta la vida y sigamos adelante con determinación y esperanza.

Wow let's talk about challenges

As always my friend Angelica gives us challenges every Tuesday and I will accept them as many times as I can and as far as I can and as I can do it I accept the challenge.

To talk about challenge I will talk about 365 days or 366 days as the case may be, I say those numbers because for me the challenges of my life are usually daily, a challenge of life is to wake up every day and be grateful for that challenge, another challenge is to achieve what you want on that day and that was a proposal that I raised either the day before or simply already had it planned.

For me, challenges are presented to me daily from any point of view. As a Venezuelan of those of us who are already in our mid-coupon years, I have learned to see each day as a challenge full of opportunities and obstacles to overcome. In our beautiful country, we face unique challenges, from the economic situation to the difficulties to access basic services, as each of you who live in Venezuela suffer, but we always find a way to get ahead.

One of my biggest daily challenges is to maintain a positive attitude, despite adversity. It is easy to get carried away by negativity, that negativity that can invade our thoughts, especially by problems external to us, but I have learned that being grateful and valuing what we have gives us the strength to move forward. I am thankful every day for the roof that shelters us, for having a united family and for the small joys that we find in everyday life, although you may not believe it, those small joys are also a challenge to negativity.

In me, day by day, I also face the challenge of being a good father and husband. I want to be an example to my daughters and teach them to face their own challenges with courage and determination. Every day is an opportunity to show them that, although things are not always easy, with effort and dedication we can reach our goals and now more than ever because my oldest daughter is in college and teaching her to overcome every day the college challenge is one of my challenges too, but don't misunderstand, it is not that I am going to fix her, no sir I will just show her and teach her the good and bad that can happen in college, it is up to her to face those challenges.

In addition, I like to set myself small personal challenges, such as learning something new, improving in my job or dedicating time to an activity that I am passionate about. These small challenges keep me motivated and help me grow as a person, you will always have small challenges in your life, you just have to be aware of those small challenges.

However, it is not all about individual challenges. It is also important to face challenges in community. In Venezuela, we have learned to support each other and work together to overcome difficulties. Solidarity and companionship are fundamental to face the daily challenges right here in Hive, how many Venezuelans are supporting each other, as this community shows.

By accepting the challenges that life brings us, we learn to be stronger, more resilient remember that word, but as always Lanz makes me feel more grateful. Every day is a new opportunity to grow and improve. And while challenges can be difficult, they also offer us the opportunity to discover our true capabilities and to value the things that really matter.

So, let's talk about challenges and face them with courage and gratitude. Every day is a new beginning and an opportunity to be a better person. Let's accept the challenges that life presents us and move forward with determination and hope.
