Cada uno de nosotros tenemos esa razón para motivarnos, esa razón que nos envuelve, esa llama que se enciende cuando escuchamos algo de lo que nos gusta, hay escenarios diferentes que nos ayudan a estar en constante movimiento, nos llevan a disfrutar hasta imaginar como seria la experiencia si vamos a lugares más lejanos. Esas emociones descritas anteriormente yo las simplifico al salir a cualquier lugar que me ayude a centrarme, que me ayuden a equilibrarme hasta llegar a decir: "que sabrosa es la vida; la vida es bella".
Each of us has that reason to motivate us, that reason that envelops us, that flame that ignites when we hear something we love. There are different scenarios that help us stay in constant motion, leading us to enjoy life and even imagine what the experience would be like if we went to more distant places. I simplify those emotions described above by going to any place that helps me center myself, that helps me find balance until I can say: "How delicious life is; life is beautiful."
Hoy veo lo importante que es prestar atención a nuestro cuerpo, entender que estamos vivos y vivir a plenitud, ya a la edad que tengo estoy muy orgullosa de poder estar en paz, de saber que cada parte de mi cuerpo es importante, debemos querer nuestro cuerpo y prestar atención a cada impulso que este genere. Debo confesar que tuve un evento esta semana que me llevó a desequilibrarme, pero estos lugares siempre logran centrarnos.
Today I see how important it is to pay attention to our bodies, to understand that we are alive and to live life to the fullest. At my age, I am very proud to be at peace, to know that every part of my body is important. We must love our bodies and pay attention to every impulse they generate. I must confess that I had an event this week that threw me off balance, but these places always manage to bring us back to center.
Hace muchos años visité este lugar, yo era muy joven, fue un momento de gran decepción, era un lugar muy oscuro para mí, muchas personas enfermas, ellas llegaban con la certeza que estas aguas termales conseguirían sanidad. La gran mayoría son personas adultas, es cierto de que también se consiguen jóvenes con problemas de salud muy graves, comprometidos con la columna y otros órganos.
Many years ago, I visited this place when I was very young. It was a very disappointing experience; it was a dark place for me, filled with sick people who came with the certainty that these hot springs would bring them healing. The vast majority are adults, although it's true that you also find young people with very serious health problems, affecting their spines and other organs.
En esta oportunidad la excursión era para las aguas termales de trincheras en mi ciudad Valencia/Venezuela. Desde temprano nos fuimos reuniendo las chicas que disfrutaríamos de ese bello paseo, pudimos llegar a buena hora, también con mucho ánimo. Al llegar pasamos por la parte administrativa, pagamos nuestra entrada por tan solo 5$ se puede disfrutar de un día maravilloso desde las nueve de la mañana hasta las cuatro de la tarde. En este lugar conseguirás una linda vegetación, tres piscinas de aguas calientes y una bien especial con agua fría, tienen un cafetín bien surtido de ricas meriendas, café en todas sus presentaciones, refrescos, helados, yogurt, podemos llevar de todo menos cavas, tampoco se permite bebidas alcohólicas.
This time, the excursion was to the Trincheras hot springs in my city, Valencia, Venezuela. Early in the morning, the girls who would enjoy this beautiful outing began to gather. We arrived at a good time, full of enthusiasm. Upon arrival, we went through the administrative area and paid our entrance fee of only $5. You can enjoy a wonderful day from nine in the morning until four in the afternoon. At this place, you'll find beautiful vegetation, three hot water pools, and a very special cold water pool. They have a well-stocked cafeteria with delicious snacks, coffee in all its varieties, soft drinks, ice cream, and yogurt. We can bring everything except coolers, and alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
Este lugar es un sitio maravilloso, desde que entramos se respira otro aire, es sanador, definitivamente la vida cambia, los tiempos son otros para cada uno de los que visitan este lugar. Aunque se puede ver muchos adultos mayores, también hay jóvenes que se cuidan mucho, los puedes conseguir en el sauna, en el espacio de los masajes también llegan chica para cuidar su piel, se pueden ver todas con mucho lodo en el rostro, también en todo el cuerpo.
This place is wonderful. From the moment you step inside, you feel a different atmosphere; it's healing. Life definitely changes, and time seems to shift for everyone who visits. While you'll see many older adults, there are also young people who take great care of themselves. You can find them in the sauna, and in the massage area, young women come to pamper their skin. You'll see them all covered in mud, not just on their faces or their bodies.
Quiero compartir la necesidad de las personas que visitan ese lugar al querer estar en paz, se presentó una discusión con un grupo de personas que se estaban riendo en el área de sauna, donde muchas personas quieren conectarse con la paz del lugar, necesitan por su ritmo de vida estar tranquilas, pero este grupo no entiende de tranquilidad, fue un momento de mucha tensión.
I want to share the need of the people who visit that place to be at peace. An argument arose with a group of people who were laughing in the sauna area, where many people want to connect with the peace of the place; they need to be calm because of their pace of life, but this group doesn't understand tranquility. It was a very tense moment.
