Dentro de #Hive hay muchas oportunidades para crecer, emprender proyectos y crear comunidades. Hacer un trabajo de hormiguitas con empeño y compromiso. Paso a paso, con buenas intenciones, se inician pequeños proyectos que luego llegan a consolidar lindas comunidades, donde hay seres humanos extraordinarios. Cada quien con sus actitudes y manera de ser y que todos juntos engrandecen a Hive.
Todas ellas con su propio estilo, normas y reglas. Hay para todos los gustos. A mí me gusta transitar por ellas y conocer usuarios que con sus trabajos y proyectos engrandecen a hive. Desde que inicié en Discord, lugar para la interrelación, visito “Paz y abundancia”, donde encontré gente de buena vibra que me ayudaron a crecer.
#EmpowerTalent es un proyecto que inició con un pequeño grupo de usuarios que se reunían para dar gritos. Aunque no lo crean, muy pocos cantaban, pero también asistían los cantantes con unas voces bellísimas. A tertuliar en el chat, a celebrar los No cumpleaños, y todos hacer vida en el Discord de “Paz y abundancia”. De allí, vino la idea de @Angelica7 de crear la comunidad de #EmpowerTalent, para tener un nicho para los amigos que estaban descubriendo sus talentos.
@Angelica7 todas las semanas plantea temas para reflexionar y que cada usuario de Hive, lo aborda como lo desee. Pero también, puede publicar lo que desee siempre que cumpla con las reglas. Los invito a suscribirse.
Por otro lado, es importante no dejar que los demás te digan que no se puede ni que tienes que hacer, que no sirves para nada, ni que pata tin,.. Que ni patatan… Hay que aprovechar las oportunidades para realizar nuestros sueños, y el que te diga lo contrario, toma una borra y bórrelo de tu vida. Busca gente que ríe, que cante, que baile bajo la lluvia y las estrellas. Aquellos que como tú sueñan y creen en la magia.
Al igual que a Mario Benedetti, y que plasmó en su poema “La gente que me gusta”, estos son los usuarios con quienes me gusta compartir. Esos son los que hacen vida en #EmpowerTalent, gente loquita como yo, arriesgada y sin miedo a tomar un micrófono y no sabe cantar ni los pollitos dicen…pio..pio..pio. Y cuando se me olvida la letra, digo como la amiga 
“Hasta aquí quedo, ustedes ya saben lo que viene” Oh la la
Si se cometen errores, se vuelve a empezar y listo. Se plantean nuevas estrategias y se evalúan. ¿En qué se falló? Y evitar repetir el mismo patrón. Ni se debe pretender que el éxito se logra de buenas a primeras, solo el compromiso, la constancia, y el trabajo, son los que permiten lograr los sueños.
Las cosas simples y sueños dan paso a lo extraordinario
A veces lo que creemos que es muy simple y desviamos la mirada, puede llevarnos a alcanzar los sueños. Mirar directamente a la cima y sin pasar por “GO”, como en el juego de monopolio. Tiende a ser muy riesgoso, así se han perdido muchos en el camino o se han quedado solos, sin nadie a su lado que les dé una palmadita en apoyo o los abracen por los éxitos.
Abre los ojos, para encontrar la oportunidad que te va a llevar al logro de tus sueños, observa cada detalle por pequeño que sea o circunstancia. Puede suceder que un error te lleve a lograr algo más grande e inesperado. Recuerda que pequeñas cosas pueden convertirse en grandes y extraordinarios proyectos. Los invito a bailar, cantar, pintar, escribir y sobre todo a estar en contacto con la naturaleza.
Lo que ustedes deseen para recargar las energías, elevar sus vibraciones, y así alcanzar el equilibrio de la mente, cuerpo y alma. Sobre todo el bienestar que se necesita para soportar las adversidades y caídas. Amiga

Within #Hive there are many opportunities to grow, undertake projects and create communities. Doing the work of little ants with determination and commitment. Step by step, with good intentions, small projects are started that later consolidate beautiful communities, where there are extraordinary human beings. Each one with their own attitudes and way of being and that all together make Hive great.
All of them with their own style, norms and rules. There is something for everyone. I like to go through them and meet users who with their work and projects enhance #hive. Since I started in Discord, place for interrelation, I visit "Peace and Abundance", where I found good vibes people that helped me to grow.
#EmpowerTalent is a project that started with a small group of users who got together to give shouts. Believe it or not, very few sang, but the singers with beautiful voices also attended. To chat in the chat room, to celebrate unbirthdays, and to make life in the Discord of "Peace and Abundance". From there, came the idea of @Angelica7 to create the #EmpowerTalent community, to have a niche for friends who were discovering their talents.
@Angelica7 every week raises topics to reflect on and that each user of Hive, addresses it as he/she wishes. But also, you can post whatever you want as long as it complies with the rules. I invite you to subscribe.
On the other hand, it is important not to let others tell you that you can't do it or that you have to do it, that you are good for nothing, or that you are worthless. We must take advantage of opportunities to realize our dreams, and whoever tells you otherwise, take an eraser and erase it from your life. Look for people who laugh, who sing, who dance under the rain and the stars. Those who like you dream and believe in magic.
Just like Mario Benedetti, and which he captured in his poem "The people I like", these are the users with whom I like to share. Those are the ones who make life in #EmpowerTalent, crazy people like me, risky and unafraid to take a microphone and do not know how to sing even the chicks say...pio..pio..pio..pio. And when I forget the words, I say like my friend
"This is as far as it goes, you know what's coming" Oh la la.
If mistakes are made, you start over and that's it. You come up with new strategies and evaluate. Where did you go wrong? And avoid repeating the same pattern. Nor should we pretend that success is achieved at once, only commitment, perseverance, and work, are what allow us to achieve our dreams.
Simple things and dreams give way to the extraordinary.
Sometimes what we think is very simple and we look away, can lead us to achieve our dreams. Looking straight to the top and without going through "GO", as in the game of monopoly. It tends to be very risky, so many have been lost along the way or have been left alone, with no one by their side to pat them in support or embrace them for successes.
Open your eyes, to find the opportunity that will lead you to the achievement of your dreams, observe every detail, no matter how small or circumstance. It may happen that a mistake will lead you to achieve something bigger and unexpected. Remember that small things can become great and extraordinary projects. I invite you to dance, sing, paint, write and above all to be in contact with nature.
Whatever you desire to recharge your energies, raise your vibrations, and thus reach the balance of mind, body and soul. Above all the wellness that is needed to withstand adversities and falls. Amiga
