How lovely it is when someone shows up unannounced with a small token of appreciation in hand. It doesn’t matter how much the gift costs, but when you open it, you find a very encouraging message: “I thought of you because you’ve become someone very special to me.” There are no words to describe that moment, but one thing is certain: we’ll feel very happy, joyful, and grateful toward that person.
The reality is that we all have talents or gifts, not because we’re gifted, but because someone has given us those wonderful gifts that complement our way of life. 😊
It’s true—some talents and gifts are with us from birth; they’re completely innate. Others we discover and develop along the journey of life.
In fact, through practice, I’m developing one of my dormant talents: nail art. Thanks to practice, I’ve been perfecting my designs and delving deeper into this beautiful world of nails.
Also, another talent I want to keep developing is writing here on Hive, although I’ll admit, sometimes I get writer’s block; that stresses me out a little. On top of that, after 17 years, God sent me a wonderful, very special gift for my family, but I’m taking it slow here, one step at a time 😊. With practice and perseverance, I’ll achieve my goal of not losing this wonderful gift of writing 😊, which is very special to me.
I’d also like to add that when we receive a gift, it comes from someone, and as I think back on Holy Week, when we were given a wonderful gift that leads us to feel a deep love and to cherish and be grateful for that immense gift—one that, deep down, says, “I thought of you because you are so precious to me.”
Yes, talent is a wonderful gift, but it is discipline and perseverance that will sustain us and help us make the most of that talent—whether it remains hidden or we already know what it is—that talent which transforms our pages into the book called life. 😊
In fact, talent combined with discipline can bring out the best in us; it is those small, steady steps that will shape your talent, my talent. 😊

Qué bonito es que alguien llegue sin previo aviso con un pequeño detalle en sus manos. No importa el valor del dinero del regalo, pero cuando abres ese regalo, te encuentras con una frase muy motivadora: "Pensé en ti porque has llegado a ser una persona muy especial para mí". No hay palabras para describir ese momento, pero lo que sí es cierto es que estaremos muy felices, contentos y agradecidos con esa persona.
La realidad es que todos tenemos talentos o dones, no porque seamos superdotados, sino porque alguien nos ha dado esos maravillosos regalos que complementan nuestra forma de vida. 😊
Es cierto, hay talentos y dones que nacen con nosotros, son totalmente innatos; otros los vamos descubriendo y explotando en este camino de la vida.
De hecho, estoy explotando con la práctica uno de mis talentos que tenía dormido, que es el de la manicura. Gracias a la práctica he ido perfeccionando los modelos y adentrándome más en este mundo hermoso de las uñas.
Además, otro talento al cual quiero seguir explotando es la escritura aquí en Hive, aunque lo admito, a veces tengo bloqueo de escritor; eso me estresa un poco. A esto también le añado que, después de 17 años, Dios me envió un maravilloso regalo muy especial para mi familia, pero aquí voy poco a poco, paso a pasito 😊. Con la práctica y constancia lograré mi objetivo, no perder este maravilloso regalo de la escritura 😊 que es muy especial para mí.
También quiero añadir que cuando nos dan un regalo, viene de alguien, y pensando y reflexionando en esa Semana Mayor donde nos han dado un maravilloso regalo que nos lleva a tener un amor profundo y a valorar y agradecer ese inmenso regalo que en la parte de adentro dice “pensé en ustedes porque son muy valiosos para mí”.
Sí, el talento es un maravilloso regalo, pero es la disciplina y constancia las que nos mantendrán y explotarán ese talento, bien sea que esté oculto o ya sepamos cuál es, ese talento que transforma nuestras páginas en ese libro llamado vida. 😊
De hecho, el talento aunado con la disciplina puede crear la mejor versión de nosotros; son esos pequeños pasos constantes los que determinarán tu talento, mi talento. 😊
