En la vida siempre hay una primera vez y esta vez me llegó a mí, espero aprovecharla al máximo. Nosotros, los seres humanos, siempre estamos en constante evolución, desde la era antes de Cristo, hasta nuestros días, y la palabra que vamos a desglosar hoy, por medio de estas pequeñas letras, no escapa de nuestro radar universal. “El Renacer” sin duda es un tema que nos llega a todos, pues trasciende desde épocas, arraigados a nosotros, como el ciclo de la vida y la muerte, la evolución del hombre y su transformación personal.

La vida siempre está llena de oportunidades. Lo importante siempre es reflexionar sobre nuestras acciones y ver cómo, día a día, podemos ir aprovechando esas oportunidades. Pues sin duda, esto conlleva sentirnos libres, a estar siempre en constante evolución y mantener ese renacer de nuestra vida cotidiana, vivo y coleando, en constante crecimiento, y de esta manera ir renovando nuestra cotidianidad. Llevar una vida monótona siempre se nos torna aburrido, todos los días más de lo mismo, muchas veces nos causa fatiga, estrés, entre otras cosas, que al final del día, terminas renegando contigo mismo. Por eso es muy importante ir abriendo puertas y ventanas e ir descubriendo esos patrones, que nos van a llevar a hacer las cosas de manera diferente, tornando todo más interesante. Es relevante plantarnos para poder ir generando esos pequeños cambios, que, aunque no lo creas, hacen la diferencia. En la vida hay momentos que debemos apreciar, como ese rico café que tomas por las mañanas, esos buenos días. Ese gran abrazo que recibes de parte de tu ser amado, ese paseo por el parque que das para respirar aire puro y oxigenar tus pulmones. Sin duda, son pequeñas cosas que nos ocurren en nuestra vida cotidiana y que hay que prestarles atención.

It is important to plant ourselves to be able to generate those small changes, which, believe it or not, make a difference. In life there are moments that we must appreciate, like that delicious coffee you drink in the morning, those good mornings. That big hug you receive from your loved one, that walk in the park you take to breathe fresh air and oxygenate your lungs. Undoubtedly, these are small things that happen to us in our daily lives and that we must pay attention to.
El día de mañana 19 de marzo cumplo 7 años que decidí abandonar mi patria, físicamente, porque en mi mente y en mi corazón siempre voy a llevar el tricolor nacional de mi querida #venezuela. Recuerdo que fue un largo viaje, que emprendí por la selva Amazonia, que delimitan los países #venezuela y #Brasil. Me fui solo, dejando atrás a mi familia, con una mochila con trapos viejos, llenas de lágrimas, de nostalgia e incertidumbres, vagando en mi mente solo recuerdos que hacen correr lágrimas por mi mejilla. Pero con la mirada fija hacia el horizonte, pues quería llegar a mi nuevo destino #argentina. El país que me recibió, en el peor momento de mi vida, me abrió sus puertas, me dio cobijo. Después de tantos años en mi patria, sentí un nuevo renacer en mi vida, es como dejar atrás lo viejo y abrio los brazos para recibir lo nuevo. Fue una transformación brusca, al principio cuesta cambiar tus hábitos, pero te sientes renovado, revitalizado, es allí cuando recuperas las energías y te vuelven las ganas de seguir viviendo, de seguir adelante. Siempre con la mirada fija en el horizonte, pues en ti está como naciendo una nueva conciencia, capaz de ver la vida de diferente manera, generando nuevas perspectivas de ella. No les voy a negar que el proceso fue duro durante los primeros años acá en este país; era luchar contra todo. Sientes que estás solo, que no hay nadie para apoyarte. Pero siempre al final del túnel, por más oscuro que sea, allí está la luz, esa luz del entendimiento, de la sabiduría, de la comprensión, de aliento, es por eso que nunca debemos de dejar de luchar por lo que queremos, por alcanzar nuestros sueños, por lograr nuestros objetivos, nada es fácil en la vida queridos amigos.
Tomorrow, March 19, I will be 7 years since I decided to leave my homeland, physically, because in my mind and in my heart I will always carry the national tricolor of my beloved #venezuela. I remember it was a long journey, which I undertook through the Amazon jungle, which delimits the countries #venezuela and #Brazil. I left alone, leaving my family behind, with a backpack with old rags, full of tears, nostalgia and uncertainties, wandering in my mind only memories that make tears run down my cheek. But with my eyes fixed towards the horizon, because I wanted to reach my new destination #argentina. The country that welcomed me, in the worst moment of my life, opened its doors to me, gave me shelter. After so many years in my homeland, I felt a new rebirth in my life, it was like leaving behind the old and opening my arms to receive the new. It was a sudden transformation, at the beginning it is hard to change your habits, but you feel renewed, revitalized, it is there when you recover your energy and the desire to continue living, to move forward. Always with your eyes fixed on the horizon, because in you a new conscience is being born, capable of seeing life in a different way, generating new perspectives of it. I will not deny that the process was hard during the first years here in this country; it was a struggle against everything. You feel that you are alone, that there is no one to support you. But always at the end of the tunnel, no matter how dark it is, there is the light, the light of understanding, of wisdom, of comprehension, of encouragement, that is why we must never stop fighting for what we want, to reach our dreams, to achieve our goals, nothing is easy in life dear friends.
En la vida siempre vamos a tener grandes interrogantes: por ejemplo, ¿qué nos depara el futuro?, ¿qué podemos hacer para sentirnos bien con nosotros mismos? Pero de algo de lo que debemos de estar seguros es que la vida, siempre va a ser un proceso de renovación, nunca debemos de quedarnos estancados, siempre hay que ir evolucionando. Así debe de ser, desde nuestro antepasado hasta nuestros días, al compás de las épocas. Pues el ser humano nace, crece, se reproduce y muere; esa es la ley de la vida. Pero en todos esos intervalos hay mucha tela que cortar y no la podemos dejar escapar, pues a través del renacer podemos conseguir nuevas formar de crecimiento, de transformación y de renovación en nuestras vidas, tanto en lo cotidiano, como en lo personal. Sin embargo, un consejo que les dio, siempre hay que ir por la vida con humildad. Hay que dejar atrás ese ego de superioridad que muchas veces llevamos con nosotros sin darnos cuenta y que nos va matando lentamente. La humildad, la disciplina, la constancia y la perseverancia, son las mejores armas para enfrentar nuevos retos. Esto sin duda nos va a abrir un mar de oportunidades en nuestras vidas. Es por eso que no debemos de tenerle miedo al cambio, pues las transformaciones personales muchas veces son necesarias en nuestras vidas. Es por eso que los invito a vivir la vida al máximo, como si este día, fuese el último de tu existencia, siempre mostrando tu mejor sonrisa, mira que es la mejor medicina para tu cuerpo.
