Mi experiencia en Hive Creators Coffee Barquisimeto
El domingo pasado realizamos en Barquisimeto el primer evento navideño de la colmena, se llamó “Hive Creators Coffee” y aunque lo proyectamos realizar de manera autofinanciada recibimos el apoyo del equipo de @HiveCretorsDay. Por ello, ante todo quiero agradecer a todos y cada uno de los que hicieron posible este evento.
Quiero hablar desde mi punto de vista y mi opinión sobre el evento, ya que desde la cuenta oficial de hivers Barquisimeto saldrá el comunicado oficial por decirlo de algún modo. Creo que hablo por todos los hivers que hacemos vida en la ciudad de Barquisimeto cuando digo, que nadie imaginó a principios de este 2022 todo el montón de actividades que hemos realizado en torno a Hive en la región.
En promedio ha sido un evento por mes desde el mes de Mayo hasta el mes de Diciembre del año en curso, y aunque se diga fácil, organizar y realizar varios eventos en el año ha sido un reto para todos en Barquisimeto. También hemos recibido múltiples invitaciones a diversas actividades, y todo este enorme número de actividades nos hizo considerar la elaboración en un evento un tanto diferente con la intención de evaluar lo que hemos hecho. y vimos también la necesidad de proyectar y planificar el año venidero.
Frente a esta necesidad de evaluar y planificar decidimos organizar este evento, y en el cual también decidimos invitar a otros hivers de otras regiones del país ya que han sido un apoyo al trabajo que hemos realizado en Barquisimeto y cuya visión del contexto “Hiversbqto” nos importa.

(quien tomo la selfie grupal)Sé que el evento fue algo pequeño cuando en realidad nos hubiese gustado que fuese más grande, pero el tiempo, el lugar y los recursos no nos lo iban a permitir. Pero, fue perfecto ya que nos permitió no solo evaluar y planificar, sino fortalecer los lazos de amistad que hemos creado en este tiempo de trabajo como equipo.
Hablemos un poco sobre el lugar, aunque la mayoría somos de Barquisimeto el evento lo realizamos en las afueras de lo que viene a ser propiamente Barquisimeto, en un lugar llamado “Casa7” un local que en lo particular a mí me encantó, ya que ofrece espacios para coworking, además de ofrecer lo que tradicionalmente puede ofrecer un café o un restaurante, pero todo en un mismo espacio. En otras palabras, puedo decir que es un lugar expresamente pensado para emprendedores y personas que trabajan bajo la modalidad del teletrabajo. Con precios accesibles y una buena atención, hacen Casa7 un lugar ideal.
Considero que la realización de este “Hive Creators Coffee” fue un espacio y algo que como equipo necesitábamos ya que poder conversar sobre lo que hemos venido haciendo es poder hacer una mirada crítica y autorreflexiva, y en este revisarnos pudimos notar tanto puntos positivos que no hay que perder, como aspectos a mejorar ya que las cosas siempre se pueden hacer un poco mejor, y una de las cosas como Hiveres de Barquisimeto tenemos muy clara es mejorar constantemente, ser cada vez más efectivos y prolijos.
Por otro lado, notamos que ahora lo que viene para el próximo año es aún mucho más trabajo de lo que cualquiera podría imaginar, ya que esto es una bola de nieve, una cosa lleva a otras, pero que además de mantenernos ocupados nos tiene profundamente agradecidos ya que nos hace sentir partícipes en la construcción de Hive, y esto nos permite proyectar web3 en la región.
Personalmente me siento no solo esperanzado, sino animado a seguir trabajando por y para Hive, ya que me permite no solo crecer como ser humano, sino como profesional. Si algo me ha enseñado las lecturas de tantos eventos históricos es que en tiempos aparentemente agitados han nacido movimientos que han permitido desarrollar tecnologías que han cambiado el modo de ver y entender el mundo, y la mayoría de las nuevas tecnologías en principio eran menospreciadas o ignoradas, y siento que con la web3 esta pasando lo mismo y que solo pocos estamos viendo el potencial que nos ofrece. Yo quiero formar parte de esto que hoy parece quizá un capricho de algunos, mañana será determinante en el modo de contemplar la realidad, ya que cada día son más y más proyectos que van sumándose al cambio.

Last Sunday we held in Barquisimeto the first Christmas event of the hive, it was called "Hive Creators Coffee" and although we planned to do it in a self-financed way we received the support of the @HiveCretorsDay team. So first and foremost I want to thank each and every one of you who made this event possible.
I want to speak from my point of view and my opinion about the event, since from the official account of hivers Barquisimeto will come out the official statement so to speak. I think I speak for all the hivers that we make life in the city of Barquisimeto when I say, that nobody imagined at the beginning of this 2022 all the bunch of activities that we have done around Hive in the region.
On average there has been one event per month from May to December of this year, and although it is said to be easy, organizing and carrying out several events in the year has been a challenge for everyone in Barquisimeto. We have also received multiple invitations to various activities, and all this enormous number of activities made us consider the elaboration of a somewhat different event with the intention of evaluating what we have done, and we also saw the need to project and plan for the coming year.
Faced with this need to evaluate and plan we decided to organize this event, and in which we also decided to invite other hivers from other regions of the country since they have been a support to the work we have done in Barquisimeto and whose vision of the "Hiversbqto" context matters to us.

But, it was perfect as it allowed us not only to evaluate and plan, but to strengthen the bonds of friendship that we have created in this time of working as a team.
Let's talk a little about the place, although most of us are from Barquisimeto the event was held in the outskirts of Barquisimeto, in a place called "Casa7" a place that I particularly loved, as it offers coworking spaces, in addition to offering what traditionally can offer a cafe or a restaurant, but all in the same space. In other words, I can say that it is a place specifically designed for entrepreneurs and people who work under the modality of teleworking. With affordable prices and good service, Casa7 is an ideal place.
I consider that the realization of this "Hive Creators Coffee" was a space and something that as a team we needed because to talk about what we have been doing is to make a critical and self-reflective look, and in this review we could notice both positive points that should not be lost, as aspects to improve because things can always be done a little better, and one of the things as Hiveres de Barquisimeto we have very clear is to constantly improve, to be increasingly effective and neat.
On the other hand, we notice that now what is coming for the next year is even more work than anyone could imagine, as this is a snowball, one thing leads to others, but that besides keeping us busy has us deeply grateful as it makes us feel participants in the construction of Hive, and this allows us to project web3 in the region.
Personally I feel not only hopeful, but also encouraged to continue working for and with Hive, since it allows me to grow not only as a human being, but also as a professional. If something has taught me the readings of so many historical events is that in apparently agitated times movements have been born that have allowed the development of technologies that have changed the way of seeing and understanding the world, and most of the new technologies in principle were underestimated or ignored, and I feel that the same thing is happening with web3 and that only a few of us are seeing the potential it offers us. I want to be part of this that today seems perhaps a whim of some, tomorrow will be decisive in the way of contemplating reality, as every day there are more and more projects that are joining the change.
