Siempre me he caracterizado por ser una persona analítica, esto lo demuestro en mi contenido en Hive, esta personalidad analítica hace que incluso medite sobre los eventos en el que tengo el privilegio de participar, por lo que siempre los comento de una forma un poco más analítica de lo usual, casi como especie de reporte y eso me parece divertido e interesante. ¡Dicho esto, comencemos!
Creative Summit Day
Este es un nuevo modelo de eventos para usuarios tanto antiguos como los que a penas quieren formar parte del ecosistema, es un evento con una versatilidad coordinada y totalmente organizada que impacta positivamente a ambos grupos, creo que esta es una de las características que más me emociona de este evento tan refrescante para cualquier persona, tenga conocimiento de Hive o no.
Este evento se compone en varias actividades a lo largo del día, en un momento pensábamos que algunas personas saldrían de esta actividad debido a que Creative Summit Day tomaría todo un día, sin embargo, las personas se quedaron y estuvieron atentas de principio a fin, gracia a las diferentes dinámicas realizadas por las coordinadoras o personas responsables de este proyecto que son 
Varios Talleres en un Mismo Evento Totalmente Coordinado
Una de las características más llamativas y efectivas de este proyecto de Creative Summit Day es que no es una charla extensa que tiende a aburrir o a abrumar de información a los participantes, el tiempo se divide en varios talleres en donde se busca la interacción constante con las personas, explicando en tiempo real mediante una pantalla las Dapps que se elijan previamente para la construcción de los talleres. Esta mecánica de mostrar desde una pantalla lo que ocurre en el teléfono del ponente ha tenido un efecto importante en el público, que inmediatamente comenzó a interactuar con la red desde los teléfonos móviles de cada quien.
Ponentes Con Experiencia y Capacitados para Hablar al Público
Otra característica que no puedo dejar pasar es que los ponentes tienen mucha experiencia en Hive y en las Dapps que se explican, incluso desde un punto de vista profesional, las organizadoras tienen experiencia pedagógica y de oratoria, por lo que puede transmitir un mensaje efectivo, así mismo todos los que hablamos en ese momento, ya con una experiencia previa y varios eventos con diferentes públicos hace que este evento tenga ponentes que sepan llevar el mensaje de manera efectiva.
Actividades para el Público
El Creative Summit Day es más que una charla, es hacer un producto o contenido juntos, por lo que una de las etapas cruciales y con más aceptación fue el taller de escritura creativa que impulsó a los usuarios a crear un producto o contenido para publicar en Hive. Estuve sorprendido todo ese momento con el dinamismo de este taller, que se combinaba con la emoción de los participantes, en lo cuales algunos escribían toda una hoja para poder crear el contenido. Las personas estaban totalmente felices creando y redactando un producto. Este aspecto de "aprender haciendo" es uno de los factores, por lo que estoy seguro de que el proyecto Creative Summit Day es innovador en la enseñanza al público sobre Hive.
Debo decir que hubo un espacio bastante importante para hablar sobre la calidad de las publicaciones así como las advertencias correspondientes sobre el plagio, reciclaje de contenido y otros tipos de abusos, por lo que las actividades se sincronizaron a tal punto de que la información estuvo bastante completa.
Atención a los Detalles
Para quienes organizan eventos o bien les gusta participar en ellos, sabrán que el secreto para las personas se encuentra en los detalles, esos pequeños detalles que para muchos pueden ser insignificantes pueden transformar un evento en su totalidad. El equipo estuvo siempre atento en los detalles, la decoración, carpetas, lápices, snacks, café en todo momento, pastel de cumpleaños por el aniversario del grupo de Hive Barquisimeto, absolutamente todo estaba planificado y sincronizado tal como un reloj suizo, algo que me llena totalmente de orgullo sobre este evento.
Proyecto Muy bien Pensado
En lo particular, pienso que este proyecto barquisimetano de educación tiene un potencial enorme, tanto para usuarios de la comunidad de Hive, como para los que desean saber cómo funciona nuestra amada blockchain, en especial las Dapps, todo en referencia al contexto sobre contenido y la calidad del mismo, lo que ayudará al crecimiento efectivo de nuestra comunidad y del ecosistema de Hive en general. Al ver la calidad y la aceptación de este evento, no me sorprendería ver ediciones en distintas partes de Venezuela.

Several Workshops in the Same Event Totally Coordinated
One of the most striking and effective features of this Creative Summit Day project is that it is not a long talk that tends to bore or overwhelm the participants with information, the time is divided into several workshops where constant interaction with people is sought, explaining in real time through a screen the Dapps that are previously chosen for the construction of the workshops. This mechanics of showing from a screen what is happening on the speaker's phone has had an important effect on the public, who immediately began to interact with the network from their mobile phones.
Experienced and Skilled Speakers to Speak to the Public
Another feature that I can not miss is that the speakers have a lot of experience in Hive and in the Dapps that are explained, even from a professional point of view, the organizers have teaching and public speaking experience, so it can convey an effective message, as well as all those who speak at that time, already with previous experience and several events with different audiences makes this event has speakers who know how to carry the message effectively.
Audience Activities
Creative Summit Day is more than just a talk, it's about making a product or content together, so one of the crucial and most popular stages was the creative writing workshop that encouraged users to create a product or content to publish on Hive. I was amazed all the time with the dynamism of this workshop, which was combined with the excitement of the participants, in which some of them were writing a whole sheet of paper in order to create the content. People were totally happy creating and writing a product. This aspect of "learning by doing" is one of the factors, which is why I am sure that the Creative Summit Day project is innovative in teaching the public about Hive.
I must say that there was quite a lot of space to talk about the quality of publications as well as the corresponding warnings about plagiarism, content recycling and other types of abuses, so the activities were synchronised to such an extent that the information was quite complete.
Attention to Details
For those who organise events or like to participate in them, you will know that the secret for people is in the details, those small details that for many may seem insignificant can transform an event in its entirety. The team was always attentive in the details, the decoration, folders, pencils, snacks, coffee at all times, birthday cake for the anniversary of the Hive Barquisimeto group, absolutely everything was planned and synchronized just like a Swiss watch, something that makes me totally proud of this event.
Very well thought out project
In particular, I think this Barquisimetano education project has a huge potential, both for users of the Hive community, and for those who want to know how our beloved blockchain works, especially the Dapps, all in reference to the context on content and the quality of it, which will help the effective growth of our community and the Hive ecosystem in general. Seeing the quality and acceptance of this event, I would not be surprised to see editions in different parts of Venezuela.
