Estos ejercicios de tecnicas de carrera si que son un poco fuertes, pero me ha gustado incorporarlos en mis entrenamientos, ya que se que me aportaran agilidad, y tambien para evitar lesiones, hice 4 combinanciones de ejercicios de carreras, si que me agotaron estos ejercicios , y eso que realice a penas unos pocos minutos de cada combinacion. Al culminar mi entrenamiento enfrie, y me hidrate. Seguimos amigos preparandonos para proximos retos. 💕💕🏃🏽♀️➡️

After taking a break for the mountain race, I resumed my training, combining a few kilometers on the grass with some running technique drills. I started my training day with a beautiful sunrise; the sky was glowing with gorgeous orange hues. I went to the stadium’s grass field to release some of the tension from the mountain race. The stadium was almost empty; only one girl was already training early in the morning. The weather was pleasant. I took a break before starting my workout, just in case I developed any pain or injury, since the climb was always tough and even more so during the race because of the added strain. Breaks are necessary to keep moving forward. Thank God my legs felt fine, with no pain at all from the mountain climb. I ran 4 kilometers on the grass, maintaining Zone 2, with deep breathing and a controlled pace. When I finished, I continued for a few meters doing running technique exercises, which help me with my form and agility in my legs.
These running drills are definitely a bit intense, but I’ve enjoyed incorporating them into my workouts because I know they’ll improve my agility and help prevent injuries. I did four sets of running drills—they really wore me out, even though I only did a few minutes of each set. After finishing my workout, I cooled down and rehydrated.
