Cuando llegamos al lugar estaban algunas autoridades con hidratacion, y frutas para los runners, ciclistas, que fueron invitados para la inauguracion de los parapentes en la ciudad. Estuvimos alli un rato apoyando el evento, y ambiente muy bonito, deportivo disfrutamos en esta ruta larga del fin de semana. Si que completar esta ruta completa hasta este punto es un buen entrenamiento para fortalecernos como runners, ya que es exigente pero no tanto, por lo cual la bajada no nos va a causar lesiones, ya que esto es lo que mas cuidamos en las subidas, las bajadas que es donde nos podemos lesionar. En total fueron 11 kilometros hasta la ultima cuesta, con un desnivel de 291 metros, y un tiempo total de una hora y treinta minutos cumpliendo asi con el tiempo estimado para los entrenamientos largos. les invito amigos a mi ciudad a conocer este hermoso lugar. 💕💕🏃🏽♀️➡️

Long training Sunday. Today I met up with part of the team for this week’s long training session. In my city, paragliding activities were set to begin from a high point in the city, which was ideal for this sport. It turns out that this high-altitude spot is located about 1.5 kilometers from my favorite hill route. We did the math to fit in the long training session and support this activity, and before heading up, we covered 9.5 kilometers, which included my favorite hill. We began the climb up the second hill until we reached the spot chosen for the paraglider launch—a great hill for training. I loved it: spacious, with abundant vegetation, and a wonderful view of the city.
When we arrived, there were some officials there with water and fruit for the runners and cyclists who had been invited to the opening of the Paparentes event in the city. We stayed there for a while to support the event; the atmosphere was lovely and sporty, and we enjoyed this long weekend route. Completing this entire route up to this point is indeed good training to strengthen us as runners, since it’s demanding but not too much, so the descent won’t cause us injuries—which is what we’re most careful about on the climbs, since the descents are where we can get injured. In total, it was 11 kilometers to the last hill, with an elevation gain of 291 meters, and a total time of one hour and thirty minutes, thus meeting the estimated time for long runs.
