Hello Hive runners, after a busy week at work, I was finally able to practice running again, unfortunately the stadium with the running field was closed and I had to practice outside the ring road. as someone who has not been involved in running for a long time, I am still learning to train my breath.
At 3pm the sun was still bright and hot, but the neighborhood was already crowded, and there were 3 photographers here. Get ready for my photo to be available on the app. This time I avoided the photographer, because I was uncomfortable and yes, you know how it is when you have to pay for photos?
finally I run 5km with 7 laps, starting with a pace of 9.06. I ran slowly to train my breathing. could this be considered as MAF TRAINING? haha, I hope it still is.
The less I train, the harder it is to get back to running, that's how I feel. with a moving time of 48: 29 I finished my run with an average pace of 9.33. it's hard to get back to a pace of 8. do you guys have any tips for my case? To get my pace up and my breathing strong?
Keep cooling down after running, to avoid injury and relax the legs.
So that was my training session this time. Maybe next week I should increase my training schedule to 2 to 3 times a week?
See you in the next workout, thank you.
