It happens to humans, even to grown ups, to sleep with their tongue out, on the side on top of their favorite couch, so what can one ask from a dog... A two years and something old Labrador, full of energy, always scouting, and a playful toy for his owners. But why is he on my blog today?... Why not.
He belongs to a good friend of mine, and they just came to our little town for vacation, a few days ago, and in the pic bellow you have him on the alley near Danube, right in front of my house, after just spotting a dog on the other side of the road. No, he's not aggressive, but highly social with dogs, kids, old folks, but not with me... Sometimes he's quite annoying ignoring me :(
He even chased a jet ski last year, when my friend was on water, playing like humans do, and the doggo was on the deck waiting for him to get back. At first he wasn't clear whether that was his human dad, or not, but after clearing that up nothing could stop him and there you go. The rocket was launched.
They always come to town for vacation, during summer, because that's where my friend was born, and he seems to have strong roots with this little village by the Danube. Hence, little Chilly is actually spending his third summer in here, having his loved swims into the Danube. The following pics are from his pre one year age, when he was a daredevil and way harder to control as he is now.
Boats you said? Nothing to hold him back. He's not scared at all of getting on one, and sniffing some fresh air at 50 km/h, and you should know he's been on quite a few, since his owner is passionate about fishing and owns/owned quite many. Dad's into fishing, the doggo into whatever has water in it...
He gets along with the trunk of the car as well, although he was quite big and full of energy for such a tiny space when I took that pic. He loved running on the green grass over there, and of course getting into the mud as well.
He's a Labrador for Christ's sake, and he's lucky to have such good owners that take him out much more than probably any other dog who's living in a city, and letting him whatever he likes. Really spoiled. My friend's girlfriend might even exaggerate a bit with the wakings, and spoiling but you know women when it comes to cuteness, they can't resist.
These two last ones are from the evening he bought him. I was there. We both drove about 400 kilometres to pick him, and from what I remember I wrote a post about that, but don't remember the name.
He was such a tiny fluff or fur, quite scared for leaving his parents and brothers away, and a bit dirty for peeing himself in the car. Next day he was all cleaned, the rocket mode was activated, and he's living the fairy tale ever since. He got himself a step brother as well a few months ago, and he might be the topic for a future post.
Till then, have a great day folks, and see you to the next one.
Thanks for attention,
Adrian
