Beard Bib (Clippings Catcher)
SO OBVIOUS I CAN'T BELIEVE I DIDN'T INVENT IT MYSELF
You know that one item you discovered that is just so obvious that you wonder why you didn't invent it yourself? I recently discovered this thing - a "beard bib". This particular one is called a "Beard clippings catcher" by Beard King.
Again, it's a pretty obvious thing, and I see a version of it every time I go get a haircut at the barber's shop, but those ones are more like aprons than bibs, and they don't "catch" the hair - they just protect your clothes from being covered in hair clippings.
The beast feature of this, for me anyway, is that it frees me up in terms of where in the house I can trim my beard. Normally I have to do it at the sink in the bathroom because of the mirror and sink (basin), obviously, and that's the conventional place to shave too. However, that's not where the best light is. Now I can shave at the window with my portable little mirror if I like. Heck, I can shave in my office too 😅
I hope the person that originally designed this is/was rich. I see a lot of versions of this on Amazon now all of a sudden which kind of suggests there's no trademark on it. Oh well. I just can' believe that I didn't think of this before 😂.
Peace & Love,
Adé
