- I boiled two eggs and divided them into eight pieces . দুইটা ডিম সিদ্ধ করে ,আট পিস ভাগ করে নিয়েছি .
- I boiled the potatoes and made the filling . আলু সিদ্ধ করে ভর্তা করে নিয়েছি .
- Mix coriander powder, dry chili powder, turmeric, jahal, salt with potato filling.আলু ভতার ধোনের গুড়ো , শুকনো মরিচের গুড়ো, হলুদ , ঝাল , সাথে , ভালোভাবে মিশ্রিত করতে হবে .
- Must be well received . ভালোভাবে ভর্তা করে নিতে হবে .
- Then some onions should be lightly fried in oil এরপর কিছু পেঁয়াজ তেলের ওপর হালকা করে ভেজে নিতে হবে .
- Mix the filling well in the fried oil . ভাজা নিতে তেলের মধ্যে ভর্তাটা ভালোভাবে মিশিয়ে নিতে হবে .
- Take one piece of egg in the filling and mix it well . ডিমের একপিস ভর্তার মধ্যে নিয়ে ভালো করে মিক্স করতে হবে .
- 8 pieces should be made like this . এভাবে ৮ পিস করতে হবে .
- After that besan should be taken and besan is made from different types of fruits like gram, dal, wheat etc. এরপর বেসন নিতে হবে আর বেসন তৈরি হয় বিভিন্ন ধরনের ফল দ্বারা যেমন ছোলা ,ডাল , গম ইত্যাদি .
- Mix well with gram flour and salt. বেসনের মধ্যে একটু ঝালের গুঁড়ো এবং লবণ দিয়ে ভালোভাবে মিক্স করে নিতে হবে.. Then add the beaten egg in the besan . এরপর বেসনের মধ্যে ওই ডিমের চপটা দিয়ে দিতে হবে .
- In this way, the egg chop should be fried well in oil. And this is how delicious egg chops will be mad . এভাবে ডিমের চপটা ভালোভাবে তেলে ভেজে নিতে হবে. আর এভাবেই তৈরি হয়ে যাবে সুস্বাদু ডিমের চপ
