Hola queridos amigos de Hive, hace algunos días comencé con un reto que posiblemente me hizo entender que debía aceptarme tal cuál cómo soy.

Hello dear friends of Hive, a few days ago I started with a challenge that probably made me understand that I had to accept myself as I am.

Desde pequeña, no me gustaba mi cabello natural, los rizos no eran lo mío. Nunca quise aceptarlos por lo abundante que se ve mi cabello al secarse natural. Desde pequeña he sido de usar plancha para mi cabello y productos de calidad para alizar mi pelo. Sentía más comodidad al llevar mi cabello liso.

Since I was little, I didn't like my natural hair, curls were not my thing. I never wanted to accept them because of how thick my hair looks when it dries naturally. Ever since I was little I have been using a flat iron and quality products to straighten my hair. I felt more comfortable wearing my hair straight.

Cómo les comenté, empecé a dejarme mi cabello al natural. Compré algunos productos cómo, shampoo, acondicionador y crema para peinar, para que me ayudaran a definir mis rizos naturales. Al comienzo, no me sentía conforme, pero luego de otros días aplicando los productos, comencé a sentirme más cómoda conmigo.

As I told you, I started to leave my hair natural. I bought some products such as shampoo, conditioner and styling cream to help me define my natural curls. At first, I wasn't happy, but after a few more days of applying the products, I started to feel more comfortable with myself.

Es mi día #5 con mis rizos naturales, me gustan mucho y estoy acostumbrando a tener el cabello de esta manera tan distinta a lo normal. Mi reto es durar así con mis rizos que estaban reprimidos, durante un mes completo.

It's my day #5 with my natural curls, I really like them and I'm getting used to having my hair in this different way than normal. My challenge is to last like this with my curls that were repressed for a full month.
