Hi, good evening guys how are you doing and how is your weekend going Happy workers day to everybody today, I will be talking about the high cost of land in my area I stay in Irele, in Ondo state but work in ile oluji. I really don't understaod why this land cost so much. I told one of my uncle how much he would sell his land close to my own house but he said, the land will go for around $2000 and I was shocked. This is an undeveloped area but people rush to buy and land there and leave it for a long time to sell or later build the house on it. Due to the high cost, many people who are willing to buy land move to the neighbouring towns to buy land so that they can be build their house. Average earner can't afford to buy land here.its just something I can't comprehend. Land should be made available and affordable to people who want to buy. There are some towns who will not sell land to non indigenes.
