Uzumaki Makeup / Maquillaje Uzumaki.

Junji Ito es un experto en terror y en crear mangas tan escalofriantes que te pueden traumatizar, si alguna vez has leido sus mangas sabes a lo que me refiero, la manera en que estos personajes estan desarrollados y las expresiones tan terrorificas que tienen en su rostro son caracteristicos de este maravilloso japones, es increible el nivel de detalle tan espectacular que logra, en esta ocasion quise maquillarme como el manga "uzumaki". Uzumaki es un manga bastante extraño pero que al fin al cabo es genial si te gusta el horror, en este manga podemos ver como una serie de maldiciones en forma de espiral afecta la vida de varias personas, podemos ver mutilaciones y muertes muy horrendas, que de solo pensar que eso pueda pasar, seria el infierno. El caso es que me encanta la manera de ilustrar de Junji Ito y quise intentar un maquillaje inspirado en una de sus historias, tengo pensando recrear otros personajes mas adelante, no se asusten por favor, a veces soy algo rara y me gusta lo siniestro.

Junji Ito is an expert in terror and creating manga so chilling that they can traumatize you, if you have ever read their manga's you know what I mean, the way these characters are developed and the terrifying expressions they have on their faces are characteristics of this wonderful Japanese, it is incredible the level of detail so spectacular that it achieves, this time I wanted to make up as the "uzumaki" manga.
Uzumaki is a rather strange manga but after all it is great if you like horror, in this manga we can see how a series of curses in the form of a spiral affects the lives of several people, we can see mutilations and very horrendous deaths, which just thinking that could happen would be hell.
The thing is that I love Junji Ito's way of illustrating and I wanted to try a makeup inspired by one of his stories, I plan to recreate other characters later, please don't be scared, sometimes I am a bit strange and I like the sinister things.

Ok, aquí vamos, comencé añadiendo base y polvo a mi rostro me hubiese gustado agregar pintura blanca pero iba a ser luego muy difícil aplicar la pintura negra encima se me haría una masa en la cara muy desagradable, así que opte por maquillarme normal y luego poner las fotos en blanco y negro para que tuviera ese efecto de manga, una vez lista la base y el polvo comencé a pintar con un lápiz de ojos las lineas donde iba a colorear mas adelante, fue para guiarme al principio ubicar el espiral en mis ojos y dibujar en mis parpados otros ojos para verme aun mas escalofriante y ademas poder hacer la forma del ojo igual a la imagen de referencia.

Ok, here we go, I started adding base and powder to my face I would have liked to add white paint but it was going to be very difficult to apply the black paint on top, it would make a very unpleasant mass on my face, so I opted for normal makeup and then put the photos in black and white so that it had that manga effect, once the base and the powder was ready i began to paint with an eye pencil the lines where I was going to color later, it was to guide me at the beginning locate the spiral in my eyes and draw other eyes on my eyelids to see me even more chilling and also be able to make the eye shape equal to the reference image.

Ya en este punto comencé a pintar de blanco donde se supone que iban los ojos también pinte mi boca de negro, el siguiente paso el cual fue extremadamente difícil, fue dibujar el ojo encima de mi parpado, añadiendo el hecho de que tengo miopía y que tenia que maquillarme con un ojo cerrado fue un total reto para mi y peor aun cuando me toco dibujar el otro ojo, el pulso y la vista me estaban fallando pero hice lo que pude jaja, con delineador liquido negro hice las pupilas y pinte algunas rayas en mi rostro para dar el aspecto de un manga dibujado por Junji, también añadí delineador en el espiral, en estos momentos odio no tener mas frente para poder dibujar mejor el espiral y no sufrir por tan poco espacio jajaja.

Already at this point I started painting white where the eyes were supposed to go, I also painted my mouth black, the next step which was extremely difficult, was to draw the eye over my eyelid, adding the fact that I have myopia and that I had to put on makeup with one eye closed it was a total challenge for me and even worse when I had to draw the other eye, the pulse and the vision were failing me but I did what I could haha, with black liquid eyeliner I made the pupils and painted some stripes on my face to give the appearance of a manga drawn by Junji, I also added eyeliner to the spiral, at the moment I hate not having more forehead to be able to better draw the spiral and not suffer for so little space hahaha.

Después de todo el sufrimiento llego la hora de hacer las fotos y editar para lucir igual a este personaje (o al menos parecida) y aquí tenemos los resultados. ADVERTENCIA QUEDE BASTANTE PERTURBADORA, Ok, no.

After all the suffering, it is time to take the photos and edit to look like this character (or at least similar) and here we have the results.
