Nowadays it is a taboo for some people for fear of what people will say or for fear of being rejected and they go through life alone carrying a cross so heavy and difficult to carry.
Some unexpected situations that happen to us throughout our life, are thieves that come to steal our energy and strength, they enter our temple (body) because for one reason or another we have left open windows for them to do so.
Today I want to share my personal experience with you, for many years, I lived in the flesh the damage that the destructive cycles that depression and its associated diseases (anxiety, anxiety, sleep disorder) can cause in people's lives. The murder of my son at the age of only 14 years in 2013 triggered a series of catastrophic events in my life affecting and wreaking havoc in my health, my personal and work life, I fell into a state of severe depression and began to suffer from insomnia from that traumatic event that I had to live I could not sleep more, I lost peace and tranquility, anxiety and anguish took over me. Depression is like wearing a pair of concrete shoes, it makes it difficult to do everything: work, talk, share, go out, talk until the will disappears. The depressed person does not decide to wear them, they appear in the feet so suddenly that we do not always realize that they are there. Depression is disguised as sleepiness, bad mood, laziness, physical fatigue, overwhelmed by workload, annoyance "to go to do something "that at another time in our lives we would have loved, you lose the desire, the interest in absolutely everything.
THIS PHOTOGRAPH REFLECTS THE HARDEST MOMENT OF MY LIFE, I WAS SUBMERGED IN THIS TERRIBLE DISEASE, DEPRESSION. I HAD LOST 40 KILOS.
In my case I had the will to let myself be helped by wonderful people, I would say that they are angels who crossed my path to save me and take me out of that deep well in which I had submerged for so long. Those same people sought me professional help and thanks to that I was reborn, today I am grateful that God has allowed me to move forward and of course I owe my life to those people, sometimes who you least expect is who you receive the most and that we can be surrounded by family and friends but if none is able to see and understand what you are living for nothing is of no use to you, It is so true what they say out there, family is not always blood, family are the people in your life who love you, who are looking out for you, your health, your well being, they are the people who help you, encourage you and above all are there to support you. I have learned that pain is a process through which we go through that can give you many lessons, today I continue learning and with it trying to be a better human being every day, understanding that living and feeling my pain will connect me with something higher, that everything will be transformed little by little in love, in well-being, in health, in life.
