Baden in Switzerland has much more to offer, not only the Limmat river promenade with its ancient trees, the casino, the thermal bath, many cultural events, a walk up to the Stein ruins, many museums or just a stroll through the old town is a pleasure , the varied range of activities offer in the city and region is unbelievably diverse.
You will not get around the tower in the old town, you have to walk through it. It was built in the middle of the 15th century and served as a gate in the north side of the town and is still a landmark.
