Travelling and seeing places like this would be amazing right ? Well i got the opportunity to work in the place for 20 days.
This is simikot, Nepal, highest district headquarter of Nepal. Situated in the lap of Himalayas with altitude of 2910 metres above see level it has breathtaking views of high mountains covered with snow. It is linked by only airport in the region with short runway. The project was "aviation improvement" funded by JICA, providing the airport with solar power of 5KW on which i fortunately got chance to work and experience the ultimate natural beauty and rustic cultural charm.
