I have never liked the sharpish smell of deodorant sprays available for sale in supermarkets always feeling wary about breathing them in, convinced that too many chemicals were a part of the ingredients. I am sure they do more harm than good to our health and the environment. So I made a decision a couple of years ago to burn my own essential oil. So pleased I did as it has been freeing and enlightening and happy to say that the air in my home is clean and smells divine at the same time. Win-win.
I boast of 2 oil burners that were gifted to me long ago, I dragged them out of the cupboard to put to good use. i can't believe that I waited so long to put them to good use.
My recent purchase is a' Salt Tealight Oil Burner,' I bought from Gone Bonkers for $20, Reading that it was hand carved from salt crystal rock in Pakistan won me over, I had to try out. I am happy to say that It works well.
My usual morning routine is setting up the oil burners with tea light candles, water and drops of essential oil. I have acquired little supply of pure essential oils in the cupboard; (Lavender, Sandalwood, Orange, Patchouli and Lemon etc. I love having a choice. I also have bought oil blends like Protection Blend, Intuition, Calming, Peace and Well-Being produce different scents.
Variety is the spice of life and for me buying a collection of pure essential oils to burn has been so worth it. I now have peace of mind.
Cheers and thank you for reading my post.
