Teachers serves as second mom of our children.No amount of money can pay the teachers effort sacrifices.Imagine that youll be a mom in your classroom of 42 kids with different attitude and personalities that you need to adjust each attitude per one student.
Last Monday East City Central Elementary School celebrated "World Teachers Day" As an school officer of whole grade 4 levels we organized a program for our dear teachers including the entire school level teachers from kindergarten to grade 6 supported by our school principal.
I let my daugther Shanie bring a boque of Teachers supplies and a stainless bracelet jewelry as gift to her teacher.While for my son shane I bough a medium size bouquet of flower outside the school as present for his teacher.
Federated Parents officers from grade 4 brought some foods for the whole grade 4 table.I bring fried chicken while the other parents bring different variety of foods such as sphagetti, adobo,pancit,cake, cookies,grilled chicken and many more that we will serve for our beloved teachers.
The program starts with students singing a Thank you song for teachers then there is a raffle for teachers to won mini appliances and 5 kilos of rice for 20 winners.After the awarding of winners the lunch starts with the food we prepare the teachers are priorities to eat then followed by the officer parents.
The program starts around 10 am in the morning and ends up around 1pm in the afternoon.I am sure it was an unforgettable celebration for teachers this year showd a love and respect and giving flowers and chocolates by their students.
There's a dancing presentation also by students and singing jingle contest as well as parlor games.The jingle contest presented by the school teachers are fun because they are dancing as well.
I appreciate the teachers sacrifices if not because of them our kids will not learn any manners and will be uneducated till they get old.Truely teachers are Gem's into our community.
