Hola amigos de hive, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un arepazo con chicharrón que hicimos en mi casa, en el país donde vivo esta comida es típica, así que decidimos realizarla acompañados de mi vecina y mi novio, compramos todos lo que necesitábamos repartido entre todos en cuanto a comida y bebida, a veces nos gusta reunirnos para compartir simplemente entre nosotros mismos y más cuando hay comida sabrosa por el medio.
Hello friends of hive, today I want to share with you an arepazo with chicharrón that we made at my house, in the country where I live this food is typical, so we decided to make it with my neighbor and my boyfriend, we bought everything we needed divided between all of us in terms of food and drink, sometimes we like to get together to share simply among ourselves and more when there is tasty food in the middle.
Nos quedamos de acuerdo como a las 7 pm para conseguirnos todos en mi casa, unas horas antes acomodamos todo, lo del sonido, la bebida, todo eso para poder arreglarnos, cuando llegó la hora nos sentamos afuera y al momento llego la vecina y mi novio llegó al rato para poder brindar por la reunión, ya que después de eso empezamos a escuchar música y hablar de cualquier tema.
We agreed around 7 pm to meet at my house, a few hours before we arranged everything, the sound, the drinks, all that to get ready, when the time came we sat outside and the neighbor arrived and my boyfriend arrived shortly to toast the meeting, and after that we started to listen to music and talk about any topic.
Al rato montamos nuestras arepas, ya que previamente habíamos amasado como éramos varios colocamos 2 sartenes para cocinar al mismo tiempo de igual forma, se puso a calentar el chicharrón que ya lo habíamos comprado listo en el mercado, ya con las arepas cocinando y la carne calentándose, nos sentamos un ratico a esperar que todo estuviera listo, cualquiera de se paraba a revisar cuando estaban casi listas picaron el aguacate que era el acompañante, más una rica crema.
After a while we assembled our arepas, since we had previously kneaded as we were several we placed 2 frying pans to cook at the same time in the same way, we started to heat the chicharrón that we had already bought ready in the market, and with the arepas cooking and the meat heating up, we sat for a while waiting for everything to be ready, anyone stopped to check when they were almost ready they chopped the avocado that was the companion, plus a rich cream.
Cuando terminamos de preparar todas las arepas las colocamos en la mesa de afuera para que cada quien se sirviera lo que quisiera, agarre mi arepa le coloque un pedazo de aguacate más la crema encima y quedó súper buena, cada uno de nosotros se comió dos arepas de chicharrón menos mi vecinito, yo de verdad feliz ya que el chicharrón es algo que de pequeña me gusta bastante, en parte que cada cierto tiempo en la casa se compra para comer.
When we finished preparing all the arepas we placed them on the table outside so that everyone could serve themselves what they wanted, I grabbed my arepa and put a piece of avocado plus the cream on top and it was super good, each of us ate two arepas of chicharrón except my neighbor, I was really happy because chicharrón is something that I liked a lot when I was little, partly because every now and then in the house we buy it to eat.
Al terminar de comer recogimos todo y seguimos bebiendo, hablando y compartiendo entre nosotros hasta cierta hora que todos estábamos un poco cansados así que alrededor de las 12 AM entramos a descansar, este fue un día diferente que se pasó un rato chevere y entre seres queridos que es lo importante.
When we finished eating we picked up everything and continued drinking, talking and sharing with each other until a certain time that we were all a little tired so around 12 AM we went in to rest, this was a different day that was spent a chevere time and among loved ones which is the important thing.
