Hola amigos de la colmena gusto en saludarles,espero se encuentren bien feliz inicio de semana, hoy quiero presentarle estos deliciosos rollitos de primavera espero les gusten

      Used Materials//Materiales 
  utilizados

*classic tortillas *cabbage *carrot *mortadella *onion *tomato *cheese *lemon

*tortillas clásicas *repollo *zanahoria *mortadela*cebolla *tomate *queso *limón

              Step1//paso1

The first thing I do is wash and julienne the vegetables, and the mortadella, the tomato and part of the onion. I'm going to use it for the pico de gallo, then heat a frying pan with margarine.

lo primero que hago es lavar y picar en juliana los vegetales, y la mortadela el tomate y una parte de la cebolla la voy a utilizar para el pico de gallo , luego pico a calentar una sartén con margarina

               Step2//Paso2

then in the pan I place the vegetables and the mortadella, I add a little oregano, salt and a cube and I let it cook, I add parsley, lemon and salt to the pico de gallo, once the vegetables are ready I start assembling

luego en la sartén coloco los vegetales y la mortadela, le agrego un poco de orégano, sal y cubito y lo dejo cocinar, al pico de gallo le agrego perejil , limón y sal una vez los vegetales estén listo comienzo armar

              Step3//Paso3

First I take out the tortillas and add the vegetables in the center, I fold the ends and wrap, I place them upside down so that I am going to cook them so that they seal, I place the pan and I hope that the oil heats up well and I put them to cook

primero saco las tortillas y le agrego los vegetales en el centro ,dobló las puntas y envuelvo ,las coloco boca abajo por así las voy a cocinar para que sellen , coloco el sartén y espero que el aceite se caliente bien y las pongo a cocinar

              Step4//Paso4

After they are cooked, I begin to prepare the pink sauce, which is basically tomato sauce and mayonnaise. Now I place the rolls on the plate, the pink sauce, and the pico de gallo.

luego que estén cocidas comienzo a preparar la salsa rosada que básicamente es salsa de tomate y mayonesa, ahora el plato coloco los rollitos, la salsa rosada el pico de gallo

               Step5//Paso5

to finish I add the cheese on top so those spring rolls are left that are delicious
