el primer paso es quitarle la cascara a los platanos , luego los picos en pequeños pedazos le coloco agua y llevo a cocinar , espero que esten bastante blanditos , y en un envase los coloco le agrego sal y comienzo a trituras con un botella cuando tengan todos triturados realizo un bolita y lo coloco en la wafflera
