The first step is to chop the cassava and remove the peel. Then I chop it, wash it, and cook it with salt. Once it's ready, I chop it again into smaller pieces. In a pan, I put margarine, take the garlic and crush it, and chop the parsley. Then I add the margarine, garlic, and parsley to the pan, add the cassava, and let it cook.
El primer paso es pica la yuca y quitarle la concha , luego la pico lavo y luego lo pongo a cocinar y le agrego sal, una vez este lista vuelvo a picar pero en trozos mas pequeño , en una sarten coloco margarina, agarro los ajos y los trituro y pico el perejil , luego en la sarten agrego la margarina , el ajo y el perejil le aplico la yuca dejo cocinar

para finalizar le agrego limon y sirvo junto a carne asada
